It should be noted that the Thai word for plan is plan... so this is a relatively new addition to their genome...  :coffee1:

Par for the course...

It's OK, just waiting on the road to open and Somchai will sort it out first night back from the pub, about 100kph should  do it.

Isn’t it bad enough that the annual, even though unexpected, rain storms cause havoc in this country? They also have a very strong idiot wind constantly blowing around.

Idiot wind blowing through the flowers on your tomb
Blowing through the curtains in your room
Idiot wind blowing every time you move your teeth
You're an idiot babe
It's a wonder that you still know how to breathe.

This is the result of an uneducated/untrained nation of people trying to develop...

Somchai has a few months downtime between rice planting and harvest so decides to become an engineer/electrician/construction worker, etc. The results can be seen all over the country.

According to what I read earlier this morning the original plan also met with problems, the was a large pond in the way. The route was change to the one shown. In addition, it is only intended for single lane traffic. Oh, start the day with a smile eh? Ha!

"The local administration in Ao Yai, Trat, in Thailand's east, blamed the electric company. While the electric company blamed them for not telling them it needed to be moved."

Clearly the local administration overlooked sending the required paperwork to the electric company.

They administration must have thought "not my problem, mai pen rai".

We all know that the removal of the pole must be completed before the road is complete.

I hope the administration accepts responsibility.

Well its a dream  lol

Seriously?!? No one from the electric company had the critical thinking skills to even wonder if it should be moved and ask questions?
