NEW YORK (Reuters) - President Donald Trump's administration reiterated arguments defending its temporary travel ban in a filing with the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday, repeatedly citing the executive's broad powers to exclude foreigners from the United States.

NAIROBI/KISUMU, Kenya (Reuters) - Celebrations broke out in pockets of Kenya on Thursday after the opposition said its candidate Raila Odinga should be declared winner of the presidential vote, a claim an election commission official said was "ridiculous".

PHUKET: -- Patong Police are considering invoking the Computer Crime Act against a man who was severely beaten in what appears to be a pre-arranged gang fight in Patong after he accused police on Facebook of neglecting their duty.
