Based on what mrs has said about there service even if they didnt ask we wont be using them again. Only booked them as it was last min job usualy use Thai smile to Suvarnabhumi.

At least i now know.

I used Thai Lion to/from Singapore and I thought they were fantastic. Great fare, great crew, brand-new planes. Couldn't fault them at any level.

We aĺways use thai smile.  Just this time was an emergacy and needed to get mrs to bangkok before the next thai smile left.

After reading some of the feedback from other posters re other airlines I'm gonna make sure she carries enough money in case she gets knocked back at check in as she sometimes flys to BKK to meet me and I always book for her. Never been a problem with Thai smile but maybe that will change in line with others.

PS nothing serious I hope re wives emergency.
