The video is just a warning to locals and other foreigners to avoid buying into their projects if they cannot tolerate the habits of Mainland Chinese...

It did hear that chinese buyers start buy up units in pats in several projects.

I heard some time back of Chinese buying in CM.
Recently had this confirmed and that new schools are opening and existing ones are expanding.
