We will soon be landscaping the drive to the back of the house and I'm trying to find a decorative edging to separate the lawn from the gravel drive.

Any ideas appreciated.

I've seen the alloy corugated type rolls of in some of the garden centres and stores like Homework Homepro.

Another better idea, I think, is to use the concrete 'logs' the surface looks like wood. 4" × 4" × 1 metre. Bed them on dry sand cement mix and let it harden on its own.

I'll try to find a photo.

Two rows of local bricks? or even one row sideways

Don't forget the mower can't cut right up to the edge. So you need the border wide enough to support one wheel of the mower while cutting.

This good.

Our gardener could make a real mess with the second idea.
