I guess he had a motor bike license and an international license and that is why the insurance paid out, it would be interesting to know. You will never get rid of that mind-set that is in Thai culture, "she's not good enough". Thailand has a very strong class system where everyone bows down to someone who is more important than them, be it a teacher or police or MP. That is the structure of the system here. Doxizosin treats the problem in the same way as the other drugs and Doxizosin is the only drug available in the area that I live (not a big city). Cost for a sheet of 10 pills is 7baht, you can buy a box which is around 130 baht (cannot remember the exact price. Tamsulosin is imported and is a lot more expensive and not easy to get outside larger citys.
