    Yes, but we see a lot of tats on extremely stupid people around town and we can at least say they must be impressionable to risk sepsis and other reactions, simply to have an indelible butterfly on their hairy shoulder. Do the few in your family really swing the pendulum over to that side? My father's answer to why he had a tat...drunk in Hong Kong while a soldier!

    Yes, that seems to fit the scenario..... the prior alcohol stops were proving very lucrative....although did little to stop drunks driving home, simply lightened the load.

    Don't even bother asking...the question has been posted a multitude of times before! I even asked an Indian guy who was sporting much gold... I was told it was not safe to leave it in the room, and it is important for him to show off his wealth.

    Not that it should need attention being drawn to it as the same has been going on for decades. I might suggest that the same perpetrators have been at it for some time too! When will this blight be removed.... they managed it with the jet ski scammers.

    He got a refund, which is a bit of surprise.........and was given the card of a nearby syrup shop, owned by his brother. (Syrup is cockney rhyming slang).

    Yes indeed. I must admit to never having used that option..... did not understand the details and now understand they do not fit my usage patterns. My pre Bolt experiences with taxis did for me in that respect.

    Comments can be both negative and positive, to remain on one side of that fence makes them either grumpy or worthless throw away vanilla ones. The phrase 'if you cannot say something good.....etc' has never made sense to me.

    You answered your own question.... why should they eat the 3% charge. They aren't supposed to but I got a similar hit on a car service... I was too lazy to go find an ATM in the heat, and of course had no vehicle!

    As you say, pay cash. They have found a way to game the software and will do so! I hope bolt get on top of this cheating... which is what it is. Were these regular cars, or taxis using Bolt?

    Tragic, reminds me of a similar event at a market in Rayong. Thai drivers pay little attention to what is in front of them, and it seems none as to what is behind them.
