    Not always the case....I would expect to be charged more for an off service, and shop employees can often leave the shop.. I have come across a system similar to 'barfine'.... Just wouldn't want to get oil on the bed in the condo and I doubt many have room for massage tables!

    Seems nonsensical to have multiple ISPs in the same building rather than limit it to a single tidy network. Place would end up like out on the streets with tangled wires running in all directions.

    Strictly speaking, the short term rental of condos should not be happening.... but that battle was abandoned a long time ago.

    Yes, but strolling through many an urban area these days, our movements seem to be impeded more by those on harder drugs than alcohol. And take into account the secondary effects they create of thieving, begging etc, hard to say they are less of an issue than the demon alcohol so many use to deflect with.
