  1. Don't use Line. Put it on my phone once and found it a nuisance. But fair enough, as easy as using the laptop.
  2. Nah, she was drunk too and simply got on the wrong bike and rode it home! I bet nearly all the girls went home on the wrong bikes.
  3. We don't need to, we speak ENGLISH, the global language. Anyone who doesn't speak English is probably not worth talking to!
  4. I certainly do not see the silliness of having to get up and go to an agent, probably twice, and pay, when on-line is completely free and one need not go anywhere. I suppose needing a laptop and printer is the only reason. Also most agent offices, and immigration itself, is a good distance from where I live, and Pattaya is hardly an easy place to drive around and find parking. I went Bolt both ways last time, added to the cost.
  5. Distant cousins maybe, you can guess why!
  6. There they go hitting up the very businesses that generate the earnings the town makes while outside the thieving ladyboys, terrible driving standards and lack of pedestrian ways, items that really deter tourists, go unchecked!
  7. Not exactly per a local, deportation and banning is on the cards too.
  8. Tends to be wise, you are more at risk of serious damage on a bike and chances are a pickup will not slow for you. I want to be sure they are letting me through and ploughing on at 80kph or more is risking life and limb.
  9. The rules are not enforced.... I was thinking this as I tried to cross 3rd Rd yesterday, counting those on motorcycles without helmets. Seeing how this couple turned in front of this fast moving vehicle is heart stopping.
  10. I don't know what your narcotic of choice is but considering the last several posts you have made I would try rehab!
  11. Must have seen it in the movies, although Hollywood finds a better wig!
  12. Not much use to the dead woman the thread is actually about!
  13. Since I cannot read Thai they could show me the guarantee from a vacuum cleaner and I would let them in! Not sure I would have much success arguing whether they broke rules from the cell!
  14. Well whatever, it is closed now and boarded off, saw it yesterday. Not so comfortable a place to sit nowadays Big-CX food court, as one is hemmed in by boarded up areas, there was a seat shortage at midday. What with the inability to find things upstairs it's all a bit of a PIA!
  15. Sorry to hear of the 3 Thai women!
  16. Traffic lights and junctions barely work here!
  17. As they do every year before Christmas/ New Year and Songkran.
  18. I guess you mean extension on the visa, a new one would be obtained outside Thailand. If you have all the requirements, money on deposit, insurance etc, most Visa offices similar service, like Meaneerat on Soi 13.2, One Stop, soi 6, Key Visa near BigC South, I am sure other names will come up.
  19. There isn't one to the left of Big-C so do you mean left of the front Klang entrance, Japanese place?
  20. Yes, it was a cynical comment that went up high I guess!
  21. Yes, I too was wondering why Germans were chipping in on this, of all nationalities their thick skulls would likely least need helmets!
  22. Immigration police could easily be involved in say the location and arrest of a foreign criminal, they need not be simply pursuing someone without a TM30.
  23. Cheese and most of the fruits and vegetables ,also bread and most meats.
