  1. Heading in the wrong direction. I believe my home depreciates annually on the books but my tax was up this year too.
  2. May depend on which office is doing the report... mine is Jomtien/Chonburi. I know quite a number who also use it regularly and issue free.
  3. Not sure that is an option. In my case, the huse is in a company name and I always believed the tax was paid every time I did the annual 'accounts' . It certainly was not as much as the OP said, 7500, more like 1-2000.
  4. Yes, so many seem to dislike this anti-corruption organization and want shut of it.... go figure.
  5. My Mrs used a place off Soi Nerm Plab Wan for our ailing cat, said it was a government vet. https://maps.app.goo.gl/1BzzH7tK1Vy9sJHe6
  6. Never had a problem in many years of using it. I think 5 or so....
  7. Online the way to go with 90 day reports.
  8. It was never an official requirement obligated by a police order, but Pattaya and a few other places introduced it. I used an agent last few times and no mention of it.
  9. They did not look very permanent....... so either will get moved or become something to park against.
  10. Yes, I am in a similar position with rotting sofa under a throw that I should replace. Can't imagine a cloth sofa would work out too well... I have often fallen asleep to wake up sweaty (in a puddle) and likely will do so again. I think a leather replacement, albeit pricey will last longer but still need a cloth cover that can be washed.
  11. Don't believe I said that.... but I could have phrased it more strongly for those with a set perspective of being defensive.
  12. Motorcycle repair shops on 3rd Rd, roughly opposite soi 19.
  13. Have a need to drive that way today and am already considering alternative routes!
  14. And is this guy in a jail cell for his sins yet? Or perhaps a nice hospital bed, arm sling and neck brace are ready for him?
  15. Ardwick in Blackpool..... but don't venture out-doors.
  16. What sense is that....... is there some advantage to having a subset of people impacted by this drug driving around or doing whatever it puts them in mind to do? Alcohol is bad enough in that respect, but do we need to add to the issues?
  17. I suppose it helps to know from which direction the assault is LIKELY to come from. But my experiences on 2nd means it can be more dangerous with motorcycles going the wrong way.
  18. Sorry to hear that..... they probably fear you doing a runner but of course not likely.
  19. Just sit down and stop being difficult!
  20. Hmm, I have not flown in or out for about 4 years, yet my 90 day was approved on-line recently very efficiently.
  21. Is that still on the cards.... i recall mention of it a while ago?
