Outlaws Thailand gang leader arrested, 150 million baht assets seized
jvs replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
I see them walking and riding around without a care in the world it seems. The Police must also see this? -
I think here in Thailand a Wai would have more effect. Touching some one may not really be appreciated.

Here are a few simple tips. I let my thumbnails grow a little longer, they are perfect to use for throat punches or a quick poke in the eyes. Learn to find a few pressure points and focus on those. The best way still is to avoid a fight. A guy i used to work with was a top bodybuilder in Holland and in the weekends he was a doorman in Amsterdam at the IT,he stopped doing it because he found people on certain drugs don't feel anything, they are like zombies. Again, avoiding a fight is always the best.

Try again when you are sober?Does not make any sense at all.

Your country is Thailand right?

Plenty of training while young, had to use it just a few times. Now for me in order to win a fight it will have to be close contact. Grab me and you will be in for a painful surprise. Just leave me alone will you?

Stay away from people like that!

Went with some family members to an elephant riding village last week. We ended up in the wrong place and we were told it is no longer available there. Instead you are giving a bunch of bananas and toy take the elephant for a walk. The handler is right there along with you and he took about 50 pictures and some video. A very nice experience,a lot better then the actual ride i did some 20 years ago. After the walk you can wash the elephant and feed him some more. You come away with a very good feeling, you interacted with a magnificent animal and you gained a friend.

Opinion It is time to abolish the death penalty in Thailand
jvs replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The topic is about Thailand and many are the stories about murderers and rapists here that not get any treatment in jail. They just serve time and after being released go right back to do it again! I am not sure if murderers and rapists also get a reduced sentence because of the Kings birthday but that is all i can say about this. Putting a murderer to death may seem as revenge but it also assures he will not kill again. Imo when you kill someone you give up the right to be treated as a human being, not in all cases of course. -
Opinion It is time to abolish the death penalty in Thailand
jvs replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Some people are getting of track, this is about Thailand and not about any other country. When i read that a young man has killed his 6 year old son to get back at his wife who does not want to come back to him because he is a wife beater and he admitted to have done it then yes ,a quick bullet to the back of the head. As for drug dealers? Not so sure about that. Thailand has too many cases where the culprit is released and does the same thing again,i am not saying kill all of them but the system needs a good overhaul. Rapists?Special deal for them if it can be proven(dna) -
Thailand objects to displaying of graphic images from Hamas attack on Israel
jvs replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Maybe time for the Thai government to condemn hamas? -
A Thai court will and can not make a ruling over any assets that are not in Thailand. If a foreigner leaves assets in another country to some one in Thailand the courts in that other country will deal with that. The Thai person will need to contact a foreign lawyer in order to proceed.

The wire size looks ok but i would ad another shovel of dirt, just to be sure.

Is this bike 155 cc?If so it will not be legal for him to use.
-
Maybe a misunderstanding, meaningless is not the right word maybe but i meant any will here will be dealt with under Thai law. as a rule,Thai assets,Thai will. Foreign assets ,Foreign will. The op did not really specify what he has so a bit of a mix up.

Yes the same stupid posters are trying to make this into another political thread! Sad people you are. Girls do not really care about how much hair you have or not! Girls go for guys who treat them well and show some confidence. Girls who say they only date guys with hair will be ridiculed by me in a way they don't like.

It all depends what you have. If you own a company it may not be straight forward. If you just have a bank account and some stuff like a car or motorbike you can download templates or simply right your own will in your own words and have it registered at the local Amphur for a very small fee. On average a will done by a good lawyer (covering all legal assets )should not be over 10 000 baht. I had mine done a few years ago for 8000 baht and it covers all aspects including the cremation. Probate will be 30 000 baht and it can also be done by anyone for just the legal fees but it can be a little bit of a headache during already stress full times. Remember the moment you die it will be illegal for anyone to take money from your bank account and it is there for wise to have some cash available for the 3 months it takes to go thru the court system. We bought some gold that can be turned into cash very easily. It gives me peace of mind to have it all arranged and it will make things more easy for the people who stay behind. Another thing to remember is ,anything in Thailand will be dealt with under Thai law,a will from another country is meaningless.

At least 16 feared dead in mass shootings in US city of Lewiston, Maine
jvs replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Wow! More illegal weapons are going out of the US then are coming in,that is a fact! The rest of your post is very difficult to understand. You are pro guns but admit the current system is failing. Tell the family of the deceased that it is just bad luck for them.So many people there simply falling in their home and dying! Just bad luck right?
