  5. It depends on your life-style. I wouldn't call a 20yr old a kid, and are the other two attending international schools? because thats not cheap. I would say its way more than most live on, but again it depends and there isnt enough info to go on.

  12. A technicality exploited I suggest. The coffee had no charge and was therefore "Free" the preparation and delivery of the coffee was charged which also incorporates the use of the facilities provided. Technically correct, but ethically, I would say a good way to alienate the customer base.

  15. I specifically mentioned resistance (weights), the rest is mobility. after the age of 50 the general principle still applies. Opinions vary of course.
  16. At your age, any more than twice a week is asking for injuries. Twice a week, good, effective resistance training gives your body time to recover. If you are serious, be careful, stay safe, don't let your ambitions overrule your actual capabilities of your body at that age.
