I never thought that. Musk is supporting Trump who has totally different foreign policies than South Africa for example SA - Focuses on peacekeeping, conflict resolution, and non-alignment in global conflicts.. Therefore, I was wondering where his allegiance lies being a dual citizen. As a dual citizen myself, I'm torn between Thai and UK foreign policies but favour Thailand.

https://www.hazeldenbettyford.org/articles/twelve-steps-of-aa-teach-people-to-live-without-resentment This is how I get rid of resentment. Pray for the person you resent. The woman quoted above (in the Big Book) discovered another way to end her most deep-seated resentment. "If you have a resentment you want to be free of, if you will pray for that person or the thing that you resent, you will be free. If you will ask in prayer for everything you want for yourself to be given to them, you will be free. Ask for their health, their prosperity, their happiness, and you will be free." Do this, she adds, even if such a prayer seems like mere words at first. Try it every day for two weeks, and you will come to mean it. This technique literally squeezes resentment out of our minds, because positive concern and resentment simply cannot coexist. She puts the same idea in other words: "AA has taught me that I will have peace of mind in exact proportion to the peace of mind I bring into the lives of other people."

From Chatgpt - Resentment is a persistent feeling of anger, bitterness, or disappointment that arises from feeling wronged, mistreated, or betrayed. It often stems from a sense of unfairness or injustice — whether real or perceived. Resentment tends to build over time and can become a deeply rooted emotion if not addressed. Key Characteristics of Resentment: Holding grudges Replaying past events in your mind Feeling bitter toward a person or situation Believing you were treated unfairly Harboring anger that doesn’t go away Why Resentment Is Harmful to Mental Health Resentment is toxic because it traps you in a cycle of negative emotions. Here’s how it can impact your mental health: 🧠 1. Increases Stress and Anxiety Holding onto resentment keeps your body and mind in a state of fight or flight, which raises stress hormones like cortisol. This prolonged stress can lead to: Anxiety High blood pressure Digestive issues Sleep disturbances 😔 2. Fuels Negative Thought Patterns Resentment causes rumination — repeatedly thinking about the hurtful event or person. This can: Worsen depression Lower self-esteem Make it harder to move on from the past 💔 3. Damages Relationships Resentment makes it difficult to trust or connect with others. You may: Withdraw emotionally Avoid conflict resolution Develop passive-aggressive behaviors 🔄 4. Creates a Vicious Cycle Resentment can snowball over time. The more you dwell on past hurts, the more entrenched your negative feelings become. This cycle can lead to: Increased emotional exhaustion Difficulty experiencing joy Feelings of hopelessness

Does anyone else feel the same as me? I wished I was an American when Trump staged the greatest victory in US election history. Against false charged thrown at him by opponents, assassination attempts and propaganda to stain his reputation as a US loving citizen, wanting only what is best for the country. Hopefully as a billionaire, with the support of other billionaires, he'll stop all policies based on rich lobbies's threats/donations.

I started taking Amoxicilin 3 days ago and feel much better, however at this time, just before going to bed, it gets worse still and I wake up a couple or 3 times a night. Well 3 times 2 nights ago and 2 times last night.

Perhaps wiser to have Catholic ban as they commit most of the crime by a huge factor. Why on Earth would Trump ban Muslims when studies by the Pew Research Center estimated that approximately 83% of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. identified as Christian, with a significant portion being Catholic, whereas only about 4% of undocumented immigrants identified as Muslim. https://www.pewresearch.org/religion/2013/05/17/the-religious-affiliation-of-us-immigrants/ I think most Americans are brainwashed into thinking Muslims are bad, by the US government trying to justify what they have done to Middle Eastern nations over the last few decades.
