  1. The owner will sue the widow for damage to his lights & for sobering him up after drinking hiso JW green label

Not a fair statement sounds like the guy did the right thing and it was not HIM who had the bottle of whisky it was the deceased now normally the driver does a runner but not in this case he actually went right to the Police station so to accuse him of drinking is a bit off mate, sounds more like it was an accident and he just happened to be driving a Merc.

  2. There is only one official marriage document - that is the diploma type fancy KR3. The KR2 copy of ledger information is not a normal requirement for visas (in fact most people have never received such from District Office as it is only recently that they started to provide). For extensions of stay from immigration it is often required now but even that is a recent change.

Savannakhet does not require financial proof for issue of a multi entry non immigrant O visa for marriage. KL requires 100k. Other Consulates may or may not require something. There is no set requirement.

Just to be safe will bank book updated suffice just in case

  4. Great place and great food at reasonable prices .The Lamb kebab did not taste like lamb to me though .At B129 and B149 i was not really expecting it to be real lamb .

Definatly Lamb but he uses NZ Shoulder I believe and back in the UK the correct bodypart for Doner is the underbelly which has quite a lot of fat so that is the difference your probably noticing.

I spoke with Rob the first time he put them on but he cant get the underbelly here so he used shoulder instead either way it was great and the closest thing you will find to the UK Doner in CM

    Dk

  5. A few years back I was working in Thailand, not working as we would see it anywhere else in the world, but I knew the risk and was happy to take it, and yes got court, fine hold my hands up and that's that. BUT my brother who was on holiday for 4 days in Thailand, was done for also not having a work permit as he was talking to me in my own home when they arrested me, so we must have been talking about work, and that is working. He has now invested millions of pounds in other countries exporting from them, as a hole Thailand has lots a huge amount over some small minded man being greedy and getting two not one.

So yes even on holiday they will get you for working in Thailand if they can, was told he needed to fill out a form in the airport cost 100 bht to say he is talking to someone that owns a company in Thailand, even got a high powder Thai lawyer involved he was that incensed, all that did was get a lower fine but the words 'I can tell him how to <deleted> o** where you can not from the lawyer was nice

Also if this has happened to him, how many others get fed up and move there business away from here, a lot a bet

    Sounds like Jackanory

So your telling us out of the Blue they came to your house and arrested you and him for talking about work blink.png also there is more to this story since you imply that your brother exports stuff from other countries.

So my guess was you were working in Thailand exporting thai goods in cohoots with your brother and you got busted, that is a lot different than working online with absolutely nothing to do with anything in thailand PERIOD.

    Ok here is a scenario

You are in the UK or any other country,

You create a software or product that does something great, and then set up all the squeeze pages, the sales funnel, the order page etc, then let a network of thousands of Affiliate marketers know about the said software.

They love it and start promoting it to their customer lists, because you pay them 50% commission.

You collect the other 50%'s automatically week in week out (no work involved since it hands off)

You then get an O visa, take a flight to Thailand, sit back while your affiliates make you a ton of cash promoting your software/product while you lay on the beach sipping Pina coladas.

That is how working online works

So all the actual work you do, is answer a few emails, which I guess can be deemed as work

then repeat the process and buy another Pina colada.biggrin.png

  7. Again, my dismay has nothing to do with my businesses. I've never claimed to be perfect. Maybe I don't find the right word sometimes and I can get hot headed. I just think that this forum could be a better place. Agree to respect one another. Simple concept. If I can do it then anyone probably can. I'd just like to see a change of direction here. That's about all my input. Go ahead and muddle it up.

Maybe you should start with yourself

  8. In this day and age of technology, I would of thought a video will would be better since it is you actually stating in person what your wishes are

Just a thought since it cant be forged and words coming out your own mouth in a video I would of thought would be air tight,
