  1. Yes agree with your tax assessment, but it does sound low, but as mentioned it maybe a very low price house (83k would be for probably under 2m , as assessed by land Office). Also to OP...take a a lot of comments with a grain of salt, but you do need to find out if she has definitely been paying the mortgage monthly to the bank, as the Chanoot is physically with the Bank, not with her. You actually have quite a complicated scenario, so you need to get excellent advice beforehand.

  7. Last month spent 3 nights at the "Natee, the Riverfront Hotel"..not far from Good Times but it is in the middle of the small bar/restaurant street, so can walk around in the evening to eat or drink. Lots of parking, easy reception, excellent breakfast and very nice rooms overlooking the river. Definitely recommend.
  8. And why does this bother you ..strange
  9. Yes. Just go to PP office and renew as normal. Old one is cancelled, even if still has validity. It is 10 year validity now if applicant is over 20, otherwise still 5 years.
  10. Of course they do...Quick approval before check into room and a bit slower for the billing to come thru, but within 2-4 hours of doctor signing off that you can be discharged. Had them over 20 years (before was Bupa, then Aetna and actually now taken over by Alliance) and never had a claim problem of any kind during that time.
  11. Actually for Jomtien your information partially wrong. For the first year changeover they still require the marriage related documents (including wifes ID card, marriage registration etc). This is for Jomtien and for first year changeover only.
  12. 18k inverter is what you need. Can be Daikin or now many reputable brands have excellent inverter models. Such as Mitsu, Panasonic, Carrier. Shop around for prices which includes installation. Also remember a model which is easy to clean, as being in a kitchen the air will be much dirtier than a bedroom.
