Thai massage.... I want to change the lady
Dante99 replied to wn78's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Facts 1. Foot massage is often painful. A good massage shop will so advise you in advance and have you confirm your understanding and agreement. 2. In Thailand foot massage is often or partially done with a small stick, not fingers. That stick permits a lot of pressure to be concentrated in a small area hence pain. If you do not adjust your position to see carefully, you may not be aware they are using a stick, it is small and easily palmed. A lot of people simply do not know that they have paid money to have someone poke them with a stick. -
Not sure a "modern filter" will be much different from the one you have. Those talking of modern filters seem to have been referring to drinking water filters. Anyway a company with a name like LanaAnalytic or Lana l'anatytic is very experienced about water in and around chiang mai. They have records of wells drilled and water tested and knowledgeable staff. Located on Chaang Peak Road, West side about 150 meters before Super Highway intersection. They usually send somebody out, can sample and test your water if needed and can install and maintain filters. 053 410 182 After they have checked your situation they will recommend and you can ask about alternatives. They provide written proposals with pricing.

Or individual teller/employee. Or specifically what it is you want to do. Or what documentation you have. I can recall being sent to originating branch but more recently have been able to do things at other branches.

What a thorough effort at distraction while totally avoiding any attempt to answer the question. Quite impressive.

How can you tell if that is going to happen? Like how can you know if a conx or pipe is going to break?
-
Last time I looked it was 70-100 meters South of the bus station on Chang Puak Road.

The question really is what pressure should you operate at. Some pumps include pressure tanks and are factory set for on/off pressures, generally not to be changed, other systems have an external pressure tank and an adjustable pressure regulator. What pressure will cause your pipes to leak? No one can know for sure. If you have an adjustable pressure regulator then you set it high enough to get adequate upstairs bathroom water pressure but not more than that because more will risk pipe leakage.

What would be the major differences? The posted type of filter is a whole house type generally just filled with rock, sand and charcoal, one or a combination. The new ones look like the old ones to me, they seem to be filled the same way so how are they different? It is not a drinking water filter like those many have posted about.

I do not consider Home Pro to be a local shop, but I understand that local shops are alien to many. -

It is all about that warm fuzzy feeling you just do not get with the person delivering a package at your gate. -

Guarantees from the contractor?
Dante99 replied to OneMoreFarang's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
You write funny. "I have an idea about" but you really do not know about, right? If you know, oops, have an idea about good and bad, the middle ground is easy, it is simply what is in-between. Is that difficult? Why do you need to know anything about the in-between, you either have good or you redo whatever is not good, right? Once a day will not be enough, a couple of times too few. You are getting stupid to say that you won't see how they install every single tile and that you do not want to stand behind them all the time. You smoke a lot of sheet to come up with that kind of dialog? Or just half drunk all the time? -
