Differentiate only if lower quality pipe is used for drains, dirty water. No need if high quality clean water pipe is used for drains.

So two say pay 1800 Baht and no visa but Sticky says he got a visa when he paid the 1800. Are all three correct? Glad I went to Singapore, nothing to pay at immigration and no entry or exit stamp in my passport plus terrific Iranian food.

The 1800 Baht is no visa so no paperwork and no records. The $40 is with a visa so there are documents. Easier to take what there is no record about.

Yes, just did Chiang Mai Singapore RT on Scoot with a seat upgrade and as I said, it was quite good. Actually 3 seats. Again note you have to choose your seat upgrade carefully to get the best one, there are several options available. Hope you have recovered from your shock.

Carefully selecting an upgrade seat greatly improves the experience. The added space is significant.

That might be Ragang Road about 40 meters from the T before the Mae Kia canal. I have seen maps labeling that road both ways.

Can't think of any kids around that I would give the job to. Unless you have done it a few times you do not know how easy it is to end up with leaks, lost o-rings, cracked plastic fittings....

The weather report I look at for CHIANG Mai shows lows of 25-26c now and for the next two weeks and it is not cool season. Udon Thani shows 25-27c, Hat Yai 25-26.

Sometimes they are not installed straight so that puts pressure on the joint and it cracks open after some years. I think that has been the cause of several leaks in my garden. Ground settling could also put pressure on the joints.
