First have the sender check with the Swiss bank to confirm sent properly and they can probably confirm that the receiving bank got the funds if that is the case. With that info correct you can contact Bangkok Bank. -

Yeh, well the Ophthalmologist we trust is the man who owns that shop. The fact that he sells glasses too is not a problem for us and there really is not much reason it should be. I really do not care to spend time shopping around for the best price for glasses.

No. The dealers I referred to were connected with the parent company and legal. I know because they did warranty replacement which would be extremely unlikely for a black market dealer.

There used to be a lady dealer in Airport Plaza and a shop on Mahidon road but I have been unable to locate either in the past year or so. I need a dealer, not just a place to buy Tupperware products. Please post contact information for a dealer if you happen to know of one. Thanks.

Happened to me too. Like the Lord said, just go in, fill out one page TM30 form and get a new slip for passport. No documents required when I did mine. Or you could continue to complain and try to figure things out that you will never figure out and make a mouse into an elephant.

OP and almost everybody else will get temperature variations because the input pressure is not constant. Unless you put in a system to provide constant input pressure this problem will persist. There are expensive solutions but generally not considered worth the cost. For most it is just not a big deal to simply live with it.
