Well, everyone should develop their own sense of style. Copying others is not a sense of style, just like laughing at your own (attempts at telling) jokes does not prove you have a sense of humor. I saw this fellow on TV a few weeks ago, I just couldn't believe he was copying the look of the guy in the lower pic.

So, it's not just that this farang is protesting the current state of things, but is a supporter of the opposition party. That's a different perspective. I hope that he has scoured all his internet accounts. My advice, if he would like to keep living in LOS: keep a low profile and shut the [bleep] up, same as the police advised. If I were fluent in Thai I would like to hear Jatuporn speak, that's entertainment!

Ozzy Osbourne says he's leaving the US because of gun violence
bendejo replied to Scott's topic in World News
The Osbournes Rebooted: Ozzy and Sharon Return to TV in New BBC Docuseries Oh yeah, and the guns too. And global warming and racism and cool stuff like that. -
In anything to do with DT or MAGA it's not a matter of believable, it's about sympathetic. That crying performance Rittenhouse put on was just like my spoiled nephew trying to convince his mother he didn't want to go to school that day. I don't think anybody with kids of their own couldn't see it was a an act, but they let him walk. Crossed state lines with an automatic weapon and whilst in that other state did use that weapon to kill people in self-defense. Goes back to the "well-behaved tourist" stupidity.

In the meantime how about a Michigan voting machine? https://www.upi.com/Top_News/US/2022/09/02/michigan-voting-machine-sold-ebay/2361662130905/ Is there a way to find eBay listings of items that had been sold? -
If it were a hot, dry day it would have been the heat of the asphalt, everybody knows your tires stick to the road when too hot. Oh, you're asking why no other cars had this problem? uuummmmm.......

Justice Department makes redacted Mar-a-Lago affidavit public

Maybe this has something to do with the wife's NFT business. I like that they gave him back the passport, perhaps it was a subtle way of saying "don't let us keep you here." -
There was an incident where a witness was thrown out of a bathroom window in the courthouse where he was testifying. This was in the country south of LOS, back when the former PM was the guy who's now in prison. Who would be willing to bet the window this guy fell out of is the sort where that is not possible, as in the above incident.

Déja-vu. The Suez Canal is blocked again, this time it's an oil tanker!
bendejo replied to Crossy's topic in World News
The canal has been operating over 150 years and now this has happened twice in a year and a half. Level of the Red Sea dropping? Ships getting too big? Navigation skills lacking? Incidents not exactly accidental? -

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an answer to "when?" If anyone finds out please post a link. No reason to assume it will be before 2032. -

I don't see any reason to believe he wouldn't have stashed some of these things at foreign properties. Time for the Feds to link up with Scotland Yard for a raid on Turnberry. https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/buildings-real-estate-projects-outside-the-us-that-are-named-after-donald-trump.html -
Trump asks for a 'special master' to review Mar-a-Lago evidence
bendejo replied to Scott's topic in World News
One thing DT will not cop to is anything that implies his mental or physical abilities are anything short of robust and superior. Vanity will not permit. Anyone recall that goofy doctor from before he got elected? His goons raided the doctor's office and took everything that mentioned him. Pretty obvious he's concealing things. I'm expecting him to skip out, perhaps Vlad will put him up in a dacha in the Caucasus. "Is the jet prepped, Eric?" And who knows, Mrs T may find indictments of her very own for running NFT scams. -
Sarah Palin loses election to represent Alaska in Congress
bendejo replied to Scott's topic in World News
Well, at least she didn't start the rigged election accusations before the election itself, which seems to be the MAGA protocol. Like this meatball https://www.thedailybeast.com/kari-lake-cried-foul-at-election-results-then-she-started-winning -

Anyone else notice how she disappeared during the DT era? He didn't want her around, she had the ability to upstage him. Him no like. -

But what kind of watch does she wear? -
Their strength was in their numbers and in the moment. Check out a movie from yesteryear called "Ox-Bow Incident" (with young Henry Fonda), has a good depiction of mob rule. What I find impressive is that all of the rioters they have brought in were via facial recognition and internet/phone records. So when some knucklehead tells you "THEY are tracking you via a microchip implanted during your Covid shot" you can tell them they don't need to, you can be easily tracked via your phone/device. I have not heard any chatter about people in mass numbers giving up their phones. Oh, and if you commit a crime don't take pics of yourself doing it -- if anyone thinks that's stating the obvious, ummmm . . .

About 360,000 fake brand name items seized by DSI officials
bendejo replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
When these raids happen everyone who can shuts the shop up and runs. I've been caught in a few 'false alarms.' In other countries in the area too. Next day all will be open again, minus the one, or few, shuttered with a police notice on the door. Software, music CDs, you name it.
