  1. I think it has hovered around 6 for many years. All the results from blood and urine tests were good. No infection detected.
  2. If you'd bothered to follow the thread I was responding to another posters comments about Aussie immigration policies. Try to keep up.
  3. Apology accepted. Easy to do when you nothing about the subject.
  4. Correct. We don't put them up in first class hotels or give them housing when there's thousands of Aussies waiting years for a house.
  5. Hard to send them back when passports are destroyed and they refuse to say where they're from.
  6. Hard to find anything positive to say. Have a look what's happened in Alice Springs.
  7. Just had my Ultrasound for enlarged prostate and results weren't great. A very enlarged prostate and also high PSA of 6.8, so doctor wants me to try Xatral and Prostagutt for a few weeks to see if that helps with emptying the bladder, but if not he suggested Rezum, but wouldn't commit to costs. So if anyone has had the procedure at Bkk/Pattaya hospital, how much did it cost, was a hospital stay needed, was it done under anaesthetic and were the results positive?
  8. I did specify Pattaya.
  9. Thanks for all the suggestions of where to buy, seems I have the choice of quite a few locations.
  10. I drew all my money out of said bank and transferred the lot to Thailand. I was just sick of never being able to get through, poor customer service (usually from India) and just the pig headedness of the actual staff I had to deal with. They made it extremely difficult and stressful to withdraw MY money.
  11. "Have no intention of returning home?" Can expect Immigration to be busy catching all the overstayers.
  12. I guess it depends on how advanced it is when you're diagnosed.
  13. In Pattaya obviously. A nice vintage Port, probably Aussie.
  14. As I've got older (now 80) I've become paranoid about my health, to the point where it's probably ruining whatever time I have left. I'm going for an ultrasound for my prostate on Sunday, and I already fear the worst even before I get the results. I just dread any long term illness where the price of private healthcare takes me to bankruptcy.
  15. Caveat Emptor. People have been getting scammed forever and a day, can't protect people from their own gullibility.
  16. There's falangs getting scammed every day of the week here in Thailand, what's their excuse, just stupidity?
  17. More like draft dodgers.
  18. That probably applies to 50% of the male population. At least those who watch porn.
  19. That's why people get divorced and have separate bedrooms, just so they can get what they rightly deserve.
  20. And yet, myself having worked and paid taxes all my life, is penalised by having my OAP reduced by 50% because I receive a Comsuper pension from my employment. In fact, I'm only $600 a month better off than someone who never paid a cent in taxes. Fair?
  21. Nope, still procrastinating.
  22. One correction. You are still eligible for an aged pension even if you have never worked a day in your life, ie not paid any taxes.
  23. I think the Peaceful Pill might be a better option.
  24. India is possibly another source, but it would be nice to know in advance where to buy.
  25. So the bottom line is that you may die in excruciating pain? No wonder people look for exit bags, Nembutal etc.
