  1. What problems. Don't go making up sh*t.
  2. It's a Vivo Y21 not a Vivo Y21? I knew it was fake, you can't buy the real deal for that price. Fake is OK, as long as it serves it's purpose. It's a minefield on Lazada unless you buy from the official store.
  3. I can keep the volume down if close to my head, and I hate ear buds, so forget that. I know how I like to listen through trial and error over a long period, on the bed by my head suits me best.
  4. Normally I Google translate all the reviews, I failed to do this time. However, thanks to you I managed to cancel. Very hard to find an honest seller for some items on Lazada, fake reviews, deceptive descriptions etc.
  5. I bought this... https://www.lazada.co.th/products/i4503665578-s18259222218.html?urlFlag=true&mp=1
  6. I'm using a Samsung tablet, but I tend to listen to an audiobook before I sleep or if I wake up in the night, and the tablet is too big, I might roll over on it when sleeping. I don't care if I crack the screen of a cheap phone.
  7. Because I've bought cheap no name from Lazada before and had to return it or it failed after a couple of months.
  8. First, how do you even search for one? Refurbished gets no hits. I just need a cheap smart phone as an audiobook reader, no more than 2000 baht and internet ready. Plenty of no name phones for that price, but have been stung before buying one of those. Or would Tukcom (Pattaya) be a better bet?
  9. Just had a look, no water, but the room is much colder, so worth the 500 baht to have cleaned.
  10. Seems like you have a short attention span.????
  11. Wow, what a difference! Just had the professionals here, cleaned everything with high pressure hose, now it's downright chilly!
  12. I don't restrict myself either, why would I?
  13. So quick to judge and with nothing to back it up. I've lived on the Darkside of Pats for 14 years, never had a problem, never had a break in. 99% of the people who live in this area are Thai, are they the kind of people you try and avoid?
  14. There's a drain from the compressor that takes the excess water from the air, I don't see much water coming out, could this be blocked?
  15. Exactly, that's where I live.
  16. Don't worry, have found someone.
  17. Is that in Pattaya?
  18. I guess if I wanted the nightmare of contracting to build my own house a lot of those things could be specified, but like most people I bought a newly constructed house, as is, and generally speaking it's been a pretty sound house, but it has it's limitations.
  19. Everything is built to a price. You won't get double brick and good insulation in a 4 million baht house. Ten months of the year I don't have a problem with the heat, but this year seems especially hot.
  20. Can anyone recommend a reliable aircon service company or individual to come and clean my aircon in Pattaya.
  21. I'm colour blind and have had the same problem with renewals, but always been lucky and had a falang to whisper the colours to me. However, my last renewal about 6 months ago I passed easily when they used the "traffic light" method. Only 3 colours to distinguish, red, green and yellow, as opposed to when they had the big circle made up of small coloured dots. This was in Pattaya.
  22. There's warm weather and then there's oppressive heat.
  23. Thought the final was a bit of a fizzer though.
  24. Solar and wind have their downsides as well. There's a huge problem in finding ways to recycle wind turbines and solar panels. No such thing as a free lunch.
  25. Fans don't work without electric either.
