    I have the aircon set at 27 but the clock that also shows temp is showing 33 in the bedroom. Have two fans running as well.

    I keep all the curtains drawn in the bedroom to try and insulate as much as possible but the aircon is struggling to reduce the temp. by much. The aircon motor is getting full sun for a lot of the day, so would it help to put some kind of shade over it? It's a typical Thai built house, thin brick walls, so it heats up pretty easily.

    199 Baht for a Samsung phone? I guess that's a phone only, not internet capable.

    I bought a couple of cheap no-name phones from Lazada, around 1500 baht each that have replaceable batteries. Problem is when one of the batteries failed I couldn't find a replacement battery anywhere, so one phone is now useless.

    Poor old Boris, blew 170 million dollars, but it's an interesting watch. Great sports stars aren't necessarily great money managers.

    And some people are paying an agent because they don't have the 800K, something you seem to overlook, and you did suggest that those who don't use an agent are "the cheapest of Cheap Charlies". I suggest you read your own post.

    Obtaining a visa extension by the legitimate means, ie having the 800K in the bank and meeting the required criteria doesn't make you a Cheap Charlie. I've been doing it that way for 14 years and will continue to do so.

    The 90 day report can be done outside, or like me do it online, but it's a different story for those that want to extend visas, get letters of residence etc. The last time I was there, around a month ago there was a queue of nearly 100 people, worst I've seen in 14 years.

    Why buy a new door when he can just cover the vent?

    You could just fix a piece of plywood the same size on the inside of the door, just to cover vent, or even a piece of stiff white cardboard would do.

    It's pretty obvious he's making money from the show, so I'm sure the Tax Office would be aware of his earnings.

    I'm surprised how well some of these guys who make videos on Youtube are doing. One I follow is called Hoovies Garage, it's a car show that is earning the creator thousands of dollars in advertising and donations, enough for him to be able to purchase a fleet of expensive luxury cars.

    Apparently the success rate for the Urolift is quite high, but I haven't seen it mentioned here, or if it's even available in Thailand.

    How big is too big a prostate and not suitable for the Rezum procedure? Just had a look at my last diagnosis a few weeks ago and my prostate was 68.6ml.
