I bet you have a N-E fault on your shed circuits. Disconnect all the neutrals from the neutral bar, hopefully it then won't trip. Then put them back one by one until it does. This kind of fault can be a nightmare to find so don't lose heart. Of course, if you had an insulation-tester ...

Well this has to be a world-first! Over the years I've bought loads of 32650 LiFePO4 cells with varying degrees of success! Our garden floodlights are powered by "Franken-Packs" made up of matched sets of the rather less good cells (some are absolute junk). Space in this case is not a constraint. I have an application where space is a constraint, i.e. an upgrade to grand-daughter's e-scooter which currently has knackered sealed lead-acid batteries. Luckily, I hit paydirt with this seller. I think they are a reincarnation of a seller I had good results from in the past who then had a load of iffy cells and vanished. If going the recommended hybrid inverter route, you would get inverters that can run in parallel (not all can) and tell them they are configured for 3-phase. They talk to each other over an RS-485 link.

They differ in that the three phase voltages are at 120o to one another. If you are using one phase then phase angle doesn't matter but when you use all three then it does. It's just a fact of life that swapping two phases cause a 3-phase motor to run the other way. I can see now why you need 3-phase, that is one big home. I'm amazed it was actually on a single-phase supply at all. Do verify whether you are MEA or PEA (look at the meter or the one next-door) as MEA doesn't go that far out of town. We are in Greater Bangkok and on PEA. 130m2 of panels would be in the order of 21kWP and would generate about 70-80kWh per day (very much dependent upon the weather). I'd initially look at 3 single-phase inverters, one per phase, say 10kW each. Certainly go hybrid even if you start out with no batteries.

I really hate this kind of advertising as they put the solar industry in a bad light when they come nowhere near the advertised performance. Somewhere in there is the disclaimer, not found it yet.

There's no "may" about it!! They also show PWM charge controllers which are hideously inefficient. To be honest, that kit would be nearer to 100W than 1,000W, sorry.

Do you have an actual link for that? 850mm x 680mm = about 0.5m2 With the absolute maximum insolation from our local star being about 1kW per m2 that panel is 200% efficient!!! Most real panels are about 20% efficient. A 330W panel is about 1m x 2m. Something doesn't add up.

Where are you getting 1,000W panels for 1,500 Baht?? A 1kW panel would generate about 3-4kWh per day of decent sunshine. It would also be about 3m x 2m and weigh ... Direct EV charging (DC) from solar is an emerging technology = $$$ Easier would be to use a simple grid-tie inverter to supplement your grid energy usage whilst using the "granny charger".
