Which way did you 'transition'? Was it visa to 800k extension or 800k extension to 65k pm extension........I will be doing the latter in May

Well done In all honesty you don't need to go in person....just take a screen shot. The evidence is there that you have complied with change of address requirements. The acid test comes with the 90 day report; my friend's was due shortly afterwards and his report sailed through on the new address. -

You have to a bit on the dim side to queue up to collect your extension. Straight in to desk 8 ? with your numbered card works for me.
