Out of interest, have you tried turning the TV on using the power button located on the actual TV? They can be tricky to find, sometimes you have to feel along the base of the TV to locate it. Try holding the button in for 20 to 30 seconds. You could also try resetting your TV. Unplug it for at least 60 seconds. Then press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds whilst it is unplugged. Then plug it back in and try it again.
