You can bring any amount you want. At least that's my approach and never had a problem. 

Or alternatively, you can fly in by a private jet. That's what I did last time. You can book a seat on a jet that's heading to Thailand and that way avoid the usual waiting in line, declare sh!t to customs etc.

You never closed those bank accounts. They probably did. Different banks have different policies on the length of maintaining a bank account that is not used. It's in their best interest to do so to keep the clients, so they keep it for a while but not indefinitely. 

However, it's worth a try if you are willing to pay. They aren't going to let you start using it again without paying what it cost them to keep it running for years. 

I have had different bank accounts that were inactive for years and I could always use them again, after paying the aforementioned fee. If you don't have any funds on those accounts that is. If you do then the money is used for maintaining it. 

I have had a bank account in Europe, which I didn't use for ten years, since I graduated from high school. When I asked them about it after a decade, they said its still there and I paid 30 usd to use it again. 

If you were not there and have nothing to do with it, you are not guilty. 

Other people who were there can be convicted if there's evidence that they had something to do with the victim's death. 

The offer of the 400.000 thb is very strange. Such offers exist that's why the wealthy never goes to prison even if they commit murder. However it is not available to the general public. If it was and people were simply given a choice to pay instead of a prison term, few people would be behind bars.

BS? Lol. Nobody's falling for anything. Things like this happen on a regular basis, it just doesn't make it to the news most of the time. I would recommend IFTTT, which stands for.. If this then that. You managed to rack up more than 70000 posts, which must be very time consuming. This app helps you to speed it up and make it automatic, by presetting events, that trigger the creation of a new post. 

For example, you could set: if I wake up in the morning, create a new topic. It doesn't have to be meaningful, who cares. 

Or, if I go to the toilet, respond to a few recent topics in alphabetical order. 

Or, if I have an argument with my wife, send random messages to TV members. 

Offshore banks like those in Cyprus, Cayman Islands, Panama, Bahamas etc are superior to those in Hong Kong, Singapore etc. 

They are cheaper, require a smaller initial deposit, have fully working online banking functions and just as safe and regulated as the more expensive ones from Asia. 

Since humanity is waking up, of course they give up on marriage and many other false things. 

These are outdated tools, that were created to control people. Nobody needs them anymore.
