  1. no limit, as long as you return before the re-entry expires
  2. as long as you keep up with and check your latest tax coding i don't see the problem, can be done on the gov app, or online.
  3. you need a single entry re-entry permit now for the October trip, and another after the new extension stamp and depending on overseas trips either single or multi
  4. if that's the finished floor ready for tiles, you are not going to get a good finish with thin bed adhesive,
  5. he may be nasty, but he is correct the OP took out a 1 year contract and i would assume he received a discount in the monthly rent as opposed to the rent on signing a shorter contract, put yourself in the owners shoe, since renting out to the person that wants to cancel , he may have missed out on a better renter, deposits are to cover damage and the last electric bills etc, not 'oh a changed my mind'
  6. the op will never solve the problem as he believes its normal use and not rodents, I believe that cover could solve the problem where did you get it from
  7. which office make you do a fresh tm30 after one night in another province
  8. i drive a 2018 Nissan almera, cloth seats, 2016 Mitsubishi triton, cloth seats 2022 Mg zs leather seats, none of which give me a sweaty back
  9. just increase the cost of all extensions, lots of people are paying 12,000thb+ for their extensions anyway, so 3-5,000thb would not be out of line a 90days visa exempt entry would put Thailand in the same ball game as others in Asia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan
  10. its a bigger job than just getting a translation and registering at amphur, of the UK marriage cert, needs to be apostille' stamped and also stamped at the Thai embassy in London
  11. as others have posted a multi entry non immigrant 'wife' visa would give you a 90day permission to stay stamp on each arrive during the validity of the visa every entry into Thailand ( tourist visa, visa exempt, or a non immigrant visa) other than a re-entry permit entry allows you to obtain a 60 day visit Thai wife extension at local immigration office 1,900thb wife has to be with you. once in Thailand on a non immigrant visa you can obtain a 1 year visit Thai wife extension again 1,900thb, but as you married outside Thailand you will need to jump through lots of hoops to have your marriage accepted and registered in Thailand, these hoops need to be done in The UK ie translated, legalized with apostille' stamp. sent to Thai embassy etc.
  12. visas are normally obtained outside of Thailand. once married on any visa or visa exempt entry he can obtain a one off 60 day visit Thai wife extension at local immigration office. where was he married, more hoops to jump through if not married in Thailand
  13. would you not do the same, in fact would we all do the same in the same circumstances, prevented by others to do the job he was elected to do
  14. i am staying at the government complex in the centara, and have driven from there to central a couple of times over the weekend, so if that's the pink line, i saw a train using it yesterday, there seems to be construction work at the stations, between central and the complex, and the traffic is a mess, with parts of the road closed off.
