    you need a power of attorney and a m/c transfer form both signed by the Thai owner together with signed copy of their id card and house book, the new owner will need to change the registration number to a local to him number, at his local DLT

    there are other long term visa's long term on visa exempt and tourist will probably not wash with immigration

    op re your original post i think its a bit far fetched to think you can use 2 land crossings for 30 day visa exempt entry + extensions at the end of one year, and then get another 2 at the beginning of the next, that would be 8 months continued staying in Thailand, immigration will have a different view on that to the one you have, if you want to stay that long then get a long term visa

    a re-entry permit is valid until the expiry date of your latest permission to stay date, a single entry being just that, good for one re-entry, a multi entry good for you guessed it multiple re-entries.
