  12. is there a law against that if no box junction marking, Section 22 (1000B) [Meaning of traffic light: Green: the driver may drive the vehicle through Yellow: the driver shall prepare to stop the vehicle behind the stop line. If the driver has passed the stop line when the traffic light turns yellow, he may go through. Red: the driver shall stop the vehicle behind the stop line.
  13. the prosecutors need to prove you failed to stop at the red light ( in the UK the offence is failing to stop at the white line) you don't have to prove the lights were green when you passed Exactly
  14. running the red light is just that, passing the traffic light on green is not running a red light.

  24. regarding grout I am a grey grey on floors and white on the walls man, one brand of adhesive i used in the UK had 32 colours of grout with matching colours of silicone, just use some bleach on the grout should clean it, yes the gap should be about 3mm to allow for expansion, should also allow a gap around the outer edge of the tiled area, also you should have an expansion gap every 8metres of run, that's where the matching silicone colours come in, laying tiles with no gap is asking for trouble, the same thing goes for not using a suitable thin bed adhesive, especially for porcelain tiles
  25. when you leave Thailand without a re-entry permit or a still valid multi entry visa, your permission to stay ends,
