Actually the other way around. The sidelined one is the "active" post...

Grab usually comes. Bolt is cheaper, but there are fewer of them, tend to cancel if better offer comes along, and look like drivers who could not pass the requirements to drive for any other company. I stick to Grab now.

Use Extended screen to second monitor. Imagine the monitors top aligned... so moving mouse from one to the other may look weird, like cursor not moving in certain parts of the screen, but moving to where you have them "continuing" will work. I have a similar setup with 2 different resolutions and it's working OK.

BEKO brand Air Conditioners
tomazbodner replied to NickyLouie's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Never had Beko aircon, and in Europe their reputation is not great. But their fridge (alas not low end model) has so far been great. At condo we have many Beko washing machines and dryers. Never heard of any problems with them, and they are running a lot. They are modified to some application to pay for cycles, and probably regularly serviced, but if they were rubbish our app would be full of complaints and there are none. So it's not a noname brand, and some of their stuff is quite good. Also, it's made in Thailand so spare parts are easy to get hold of. That said, if I had LG and Beko at the same price in front of me, I'd choose LG. -
Baiyoke 2 = Baiyoke Sky. If the name of building is correct, there are no rooms there until floor 20 or so. I think floor 17 is a fruit buffet and golf course, and 18 is reception and lobby... surely no rooms below that. Unless this is Baiyoke 1 = Baiyoke Suites. There they have rooms on lower floors, but each room also has a large balcony. Maybe story mentions wrong building?
-
If that wasn't same hotel, how does that matter? But just thinking... lobby is on 18? 19? floor? Below that is just parking lot, no hotel rooms. So he could have only fallen off the parking lot. I've never seen a hotel guest staying there (as most don't arrive by their own cars) wandering around parking lot. Mostly that's just those who come with car for dinner buffet, etc. I've stayed in Baiyoke Sky before and my suite while having large windows, had no balcony. None of the higher floors do, except that Balcony restaurant and the roof rotating platform. As such the only place where he could have fallen off from is the parking lot.

Routers would change channel when they detect too much interference on channel used previously. Mac Mini from 2012 only supports some bands, not all, so it's possible router changed to channel that your Mac doesn't support.
-
I have i7 Mac Mini 2012 on the desk in front of me, and can notice that it has limit to which channels it supports. 5G routers (esp. Chinese ones) allow wider frequency ranges than what your Mac can connect to. But you say that you were able to successfully connect before but now you no longer can. So maybe you could go to Settings, then Network: -> Choose Wifi on the left and select Advanced in bottom right: Then click on the network names in the "Preferred Networks" window under Wi-Fi tab, and click on Minus under the list to remove them. Reboot the Mac, and try to connect again.

And what is the error?
-
That would require some common sense, wouldn't it?
-
Exactly. Why talk to US about a plane made in France (and bits and pieces of it all over Europe)... or is this about technology export controls when selling to a military? If latter, why not just get TG buy one, and have military loan it?

I disagree

Doesn't look good for Anutin's goal of becoming next Prime Minister. If only stoned farang could vote, he might have a better chance!

Depending on the time of your travel, train may be a lot faster, but also a lot more crowded. Airport Link to Phyathai (easy, first to last station, 30 minutes), through the bridge to BTS Phyathai and up on escalator/lift, switch trains at Silom by just going from one track to another opposite it, and down to Saphan Thaksin. Here you don't have down escalator or lift from my memory but sets of stairs. When down, you're basically at a stone throw away from Shangri La entrance, less than an hour after you left airport (30 minutes airport link, 17 minutes on BTS plus waiting times for trains and walking). Taking taxi during rush hours could take considerably longer. For costs I don't know now that they adjusted meters, but I'd expect about 400 baht including airport hire fees. Train would cost 45 baht for Airport link and 47 baht for BTS.

CD Collection For Sale or For Use As Loan Guarantee
tomazbodner replied to maisodni's topic in Bangkok
Was considering, but after seeing attached file has exactly the same list of 20 that are already in the original post, I've changed my mind. I have them on AppleMusic, it's just nicer to have physical CDs, even I never listen to them. Anyway - I'll pass. -

No open fire BBQ right next to the pumps like Soi Rangnam in Pratunam? Disgraceful!
