  1. That should be the policy for other countries too . The internet has created a monster regarding reviews which is not helpful . Impossible to please all people and if i see there are 100 percent positive reviews I become suspicious .

  3. I think you are correct in saying the tourism in Thailand is depressed. End of 2022 was good as the beginning of 2023 was . Since April 2023 business is down
  4. As the lawyer said , if you are 60 years or more 30 years is most probably adequate and it is renewable . Long as you are not too concerned who the property will be left to on your death .
  5. I love turning the power supply off to the whole house before working on any wiring and then I will check if the power is off on all circuits especially in a house that you are not familiar with .
  6. I have been seperating houshold rubbish for the 8 years i have been here and the locals take the seperated items away when i place it outside the house . I do not see any other neighbours doing the same . I also do not put food waste in the bins . Food waste is a major problem that should be tackled by the authorities that has a value if handled correctly .

  10. You are right what you say yet dont forget if you use the law you will be blacklisted and find trouble getting employment . That happens in the west too .

  12. I understand that 50 percent of the Thai workforce are self employed and the tax raised from them is very low . That would be a very good start to making reforms . More revenue lost in that area compared to the richest 1 percent .

  14. Legally you are correct , yet you know as well as 99 percent of expats know where the money came from to buy the land . So i think he has a right to say we .

  16. Defamation laws are for the customer and the business . Many reviews from customers are just pure spite what i see. Perhaps you can see both sides of you can .
  17. Wast of the world's food resource by wanting to throw eggs at a business. Most bad reviews are coming from US citizens as they are more accustomed to the internet .
  18. If you are not happy with a service you have paid for then do not ever use the business again . If you were pleased with the serice then you return and recommend to others . Reviews can be misleading and often vindictive . I would only write a review if it was positive as I have no desire to destroy somebodies business . Yet there seems plenty of people around that do not care and give negative reviews often.
  19. Hard to say as the UK Government has yet to decide . Typical delay tactics From what I have read the material used on the cladding did not meet requirements.
  20. Cladding on the cheap , just the same shoddy construction as in the Thai house.
