    I have had a honda click 160 abs for 12 months now and clocked up 8000 km . The exceleration and maneuverability is really impressive in the city . Great city bike . Minus is there is no kick start as my old 110 honda click and the baggage room under the seat is limited .

    I have made four kitchens using steel to make the frames and plastic wood sheeting for covering the frames . All are functioning well after 5 years of use . Substantial savings made

    I believe I have a very good idea as the rental contracts are all much the same .

    As I mentioned before , most if not all rental contracts have the clause on informing the landlord of any problems with the property that is causing damage. It is one of the tenants responsibilities.

    Handy man is a derogitry term for a tradesman which shows no respect for the knowledge of the man the op was wishing to hire . I ordered 10 sliding doors recently and if i wanted the the company to visit the house and measure the required size a payment of 1500 baht deposit was required . I decided to measure the doors my self .

    The story reminds me of a train accident in Selby England caused by a land rover running onto the track causing 10 deaths and many millions of pounds in damage . The landrover owners insurance had to payout millions .

    Nimmon is expensive and hard to see why . Just recently saw a 2 bedroom condo that the owners were asking 50000 baht a month for in Nimmon . Considering a return of 5 percent on the value of the property the rent is way over the top .
