  1. Defamation laws are for the customer and the business . Many reviews from customers are just pure spite what i see. Perhaps you can see both sides of you can .
  2. Wast of the world's food resource by wanting to throw eggs at a business. Most bad reviews are coming from US citizens as they are more accustomed to the internet .
  3. If you are not happy with a service you have paid for then do not ever use the business again . If you were pleased with the serice then you return and recommend to others . Reviews can be misleading and often vindictive . I would only write a review if it was positive as I have no desire to destroy somebodies business . Yet there seems plenty of people around that do not care and give negative reviews often.
  4. Hard to say as the UK Government has yet to decide . Typical delay tactics From what I have read the material used on the cladding did not meet requirements.
  5. Cladding on the cheap , just the same shoddy construction as in the Thai house.
  6. I sa after searching bank guarantee in Vietnam I came up with vnd 4 billion for privatre individuals . In thai baht that is over 5 million .
  7. I have to agree with your comment on risk . However I do not think Thailand is 6 times safer than Vietnam or Cambodia when comparing the difference in the interest rate .
  8. Interest rates on savings are 1 percent to 1,5 percent . Why is it that Vietnam and Cambodia have over 6 percent on offer for savings accounts . I think the debt problem in Thailand would bring the banks down if they offered the same interest rates as there neighbouring countries .
  9. Is this the first prosecution of thousands to come as the practice of illegal loans above 15 percent is rampant in Thailand .
  10. Mr Pita is out to promote a free market in the production of alcohol in Thailand , that is not promoting alcohol consumption .
  11. It can be worth trying a blood test to see if you are suffering from polymyalgia rheumatica . The disease is treatable using a medicine called prednisolon . The name polymyalgia rheumatica means large muscle pain .
  12. Reality of your criticism is unfounded and unwarranted. As I said the unfortunate woman has been a victim of her own desire to have the previous owner evicted . Knocking at the door personally is not the way to do it .
  13. Good for you too . How do know that she followed the eviction law ? As I said the unfortunate woman has tackled the unwanted resident in the wrong way .
  14. The unfortunate buyer perhaps should of followed the law and obtained a court order to evict the previous owner . The result is what can happen when you do not follow the law when evicting people .
  15. The landlord in question that you mention is not following Thai law . Take care Sir
  16. Thank you , so much ignorance amongst so many on this forum .
  17. If I have been here 10 years or 10 days the law on eviction of tenants is a fact. If you know of people breaking the law when evicting tenants that does not make it right however long you have been in Thailand.
  18. That's the risk of being a landlord when complying with the law. If you don't want the risk of a moonlight flit then don't become a landlord.
  19. I am busy tiling , have no more time for your sarcasm. Take care
  20. I have had to wait a week or two sometimes . I have had problems from damage and lack of cleaning . That is more annoying than a late payment . One month's rent will often not cover the cost involved to restore the accomodation to its original condition. You want my location ? I will not divulge sensitive information on myself or others . Have a good day Frits
