My house in CM cost 1.8Mbht, 300k up front, monthly repayments over 27 years of 11kbht. The houses currently rent for 9-10kbht/month. Me, my woman, and our kids have had COVID 2-3x Before vaccination, after 1 vaccination, after 2nd vaccination. The first time we coughed for a bit longer than the next 2x, apart from that no detectable difference. Our only COVID panic was after our daughter (age22) was rushed to hospital after the 1st vaccination. We must have been lucky and caught the non-dangerous Chinese COVID. God knows the harm we would have suffered if we had caught the dangerous farang COVID.
