  1. A show in its true meaning. Hardly any small farmers can profit under the current rules and regulations for only hemp, not to mention cannabis. The setup of community enterprises is just a front for rich business man to invest. All just a fake theatre and the health minister plays the director...
  2. of course there are 2nd hand Honda / Yamaha bikes cheaper available than the Bajaj. But how did the owners care about them? It starts already finding one with standard exhaust. I can imagine how these relatively small bikes have been tortured with highest RPM to get the most noise, no thank you....
  3. Recommend you to check the AIS rates. If you pay yearly it's a good pricing.
  4. I would guess in a price sensitive mass market such as India if Bajaj weren't any good, no one would buy them. I compare it with Thai automobile market. Isuzu trucks have huge domestic market share but outside little known. Their cars are not fancy or have the newest technology but cheap to own and maintain and reliable. I see Bajaj like this in the global motorcycle market
  5. As the title says, coming soon to Thai market and it looks interesting. I am looking for commuter bike to max. 300cc and must have ABS. Or should I go for second hand Honda/Yamaha? I worry the previous owners didn't take care much of the bike, especially in the running in phase... New bike you have it in your own hands and also warranty from dealer. Bajaj has now promotion for free maintenance three years and good finance. It ticks all features I would like to have and Bajaj bikes are very popular in India. Btw Bajaj is part of KTM or vice versa.
  6. You can get some inspirations from the pictures and drawings from these PDF. Sorry for the file text in German language... Stallbau_Guendel.pdf p_41132.pdf rinderprospekt__deutsch_november_2014_ansichtspdf.pdf
  7. Democracy in Thailand? Just spilled my morning coffee...

    Kratom

The state legalised Kratom so quickly and allowed selling openly for a less researched and potentially more dangerous substance than Cannabis. I don't get it. Business interests of some influential people and police for keeping cannabis trade in their hands?
  9. Pre-covid I ever used Scoot one time for BKK-Berlin. You get what you pay but it was efficient and super cheap.
  10. If every time a Thai proposal uses the words "Smart" and "Hub" I get 1 Baht, I would be a millionaire. Joking aside, why not start with a modern and comfortable bus service first? Maybe electric or hydrogen powered? Is there enough demand for a rail system? Have they made any studies or questionings of the local population?
  11. Mascots at professional trade fairs. Thailand is really becoming the laughing stock #1 worldwide. Oh wait, aren't they already
  12. Gas and carbon monoxide poisoning, electric shock or insecticide overuse could all be revealed during a proper autopsy. But this is Thailand. If the relatives and family not pressure the authorities or even pay for a experienced forensic pathologist, the truth will never come out.
  13. And you think your wife is going to use these headphones? I'll give it one hour until they're dumped. And plenty of excuses come up for not using them such as uncomfortable, batteries empty etc... Good luck with it
  14. Suppose I get a medical certificate from a clinic that I am cannabis patient, what can I do with it? They only thing I know is that it allows me to buy cannabis oil legally. But what about possession of weed? Or am I allowed to grow my own six plants as it was floated by Bhumjaithai party before the last elections? Thanks for any insight on that...
  15. If, as stated in the full news article, the import tax for EVs from China is 0%, I am wondering why there are no more EV brands from China entering the Thai market. Also Tesla could export his cars from China to Thailand and finally build a market presence here... And then it surprises me that the price of the GWM Ora Good Cat in Thailand is almost double to what they are charging in China??? What is the reason? Greed???
  16. I had the Nissan Kicks e-power for a weekend as rental car from Bizcar. It drives like an EV just without charging the battery. If you drive in Eco mode it's super silent and fuel saving. Motorway with 120 cruising it was 5 L/100 km. Normal and sport drive mode are noisy on the opposite as the small three-cylinder 1,3 engine is constantly revving up to charge the battery which is obviously rather small. Why small? Because with fully charged battery you can only drive 800 meters in pure EV mode, what a joke. Interior built quality is mixed. Cockpit looks fine, the doors are with cheapest plastic and look like my Golf 2 from the 80s. You'll have to see the inside door handle of the Nissan Kicks.... Also the driver assistance systems are not up to modern standards. It only has a radar assisted cruise control which works excellent by the way but no option to upgrade to a LKA or some more sophisticated systems. MG ZS EV for example has it all. If you want to go hybrid, all Honda and Toyota hybrids in higer trims have Honda Sensing or the similar Toyota driving assistance systems. The verdict, Nissan Kicks e-power is a nice car, but for the price tag you have better alternatives in the market. I wouldn't buy it...
  17. Most likely not, and if, it will be super expensive due to import tax and other taxes. Currently, except their van H-1 Hyundai is not selling sedans in Thailand what surprises me....
  18. not if the traffic obeys the speed limit and pays attention to the road. Not an excuse, there can be always an obstacle after the next blind curve....
  19. The good places (hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions) are busy. However, it's just on weekends and mostly Thai people. Have been to Jomtien this weekend for a short holiday. Hotel with private beach packed with Thai families, but they offer massive COVID discounts at the moment. Beach cafés and seafood restaurant packed (again, only the popular and good ones). Having out for dinner on Saturday. Pizza it was. Drove to four or five places with good Google rating, either closed or no customer inside, then I don't go. Only one place was busy and almost couldn't get a seat. Again, the food there was outstanding. I come to think that some kind of purge has set in since the pandemic and closure of Thailand for international arrivals. Previously every dick and Tom tried to open a restaurant or hotel or resort and it was doing okay because there were enough customer. Now, with decreasing numbers and also money a bit tighter, people are looking for quality instead of quantity. Observed the same thing during Phuket sandbox. The good and popular places survived
  20. <deleted>tard in the red car. Probably too busy with make up in the mirror or on the phone. Not slowing down a bit, probably hasn't seen the lizard at all. Those are the kind of people running over small children at a school zone ????????????????
  21. True that, luckily they are priced on that package again, isn't it? Anyways, beef at macro is reasonably priced so it doesn't cost a fortune if you pick one of the "better" pieces
