I would have preferred it if my mother went first, just so I could have some time alone with my dad. My dad was a gentleman, my mother a nasty bitch. As they were loading my dad into the ambulance after his heart attack, and literally a minute before he died, she was leaning over the stretcher "yeah go on and die you selfish sod. You know I can't survive on my own". They were the last words he heard before he left this planet. Nasty right to the end.

I've started a few threads on sleep apnea, indoor skydiving, free masonry, flight sims... But they haven't really taken off which doesn't bother me. I just chuck it into the mix and see what happens, which is usually nothing. Edit,.. Seems threads about getting pissed every day are more mainstream. That also suits me.

What about ASEAN Now and Nepalese, or ASEAN Now and Shri Lankans?

It's all a bit drab already.

Thailand24 is like 3 men chatting in a pub, the thaiger seems to have lost its wind, teak door is just pain difficult... Probably more, I think Asean Now seems to be holding its head above water ok.

I greeted my mother in law with "good morning horse" (in Thai) for years, until my wife finally corrected me.

If I could sum up my opinion of the forum in one word, it would be.... Boring.. I just find myself scrolling through page after page of threads that just don't interest me. And when I do finally find a thread that interests me, I find myself scrolling through page after page of posts that don't interest me. I'd like you see a but more context. If someone starts a thread "I got drunk last night", is it because he ran into a bunch of Danish backpackers on a train, went to the father in law's funeral, celebrated a birthday..... Or did they just get drunk last night and they feel the need to tell everyone.
