    Reports suggest that Blair has retracted most of his earlier statement which is confusing. Either way, the fact is Britain has huge reserves of oil, gas and coal which, unlike Norway and now the USA, the UK is refusing to utilize due to net zero. Completely daft.

    The best govt in my time in Thailand was military, led by General Prem Tinsunalonda in the 1980s. Not only did he defeat the communist insurgency but at the same time presided over significant economic growth

    Since childhood I have never slept well, usually a maximum 3 disturbed hours per night. Just teach yourself not to worry about it. Now 83 years old and no ill effects so far.

    Appalling behaviour. Mustafa ? Hardly a typical European/Belgian name. He looks like somebody from the middle east. Anyway, locate him, fine him and jail him, and then deport him with a permanent ban ensuring he never returns to Thailand again.
