You have not stated whether this is a PEA installation or a private installation across your own land, or a mixture of both. The difference in cost could be massive.

@Kevin1908 Do you mean: 1. The PEA connecting to their supply and installing PEA poles and cables, ending up at a new PEA electricity meter outside the plot of land, or 2. Someone connecting to an existing meter at the edge of the plot of land and then installing poles and cables further inside the plot of land (perhaps to where you want to build a house)?
