I never undertsand people who moan about Jomtien immigration. There is free parking near Romphoo 1 minute away or next door for 40 baht. In 17 years of going there 5 times a year i have never waited more than 30 minutes and often only 5-10 minutes. I think they do a great job. What else do people want?

GG you need to look through the sellers on Lazada, i use PT telecom or NG Phone or Samsung themselves. I think a Note 10 would be around 15,000 and a Note 20 Ultra around 18,000. I have the Note 20 Ultra great phone, i bought for 21,000 a year ago.

You won't get a deep discount from any reputable phone seller. If the price looks low it is probably an import or second hand. I am very suspicious of any quoted prices well below the average for that model. Good prices available now though on a Samsung Note 10 or 20 Ultra. Lazada is OK IF you buy from one of the main phone sellers.

I think the demograhic problems here are probably better than most western countries, and especially Japan/South Korea. The only place with masses of young people is Africa. That skews the average of 30 quoted by the OP.

There must be at least 50 dentists here in Pattaya. I stick to one who is very good with reasonable prices. 700 baht $20 for a clean, from a dentist not just a hygienist. I've had a root canal and crown 16,000 baht $450 and 2 front porcelain crowns 20,000 baht $570. A filling would be around 1,000 baht. Coming from the UK, with the worst dental service in the world, it's amazing to have the choice and low prices.

I can't see why people buy in company name. The whole point of buying a condo in Thailand is that it is the one thing a foreigner can own in his name. There are thousands of foreign name condos available.

Why you never see a condo development fully sold. The 49% might go and a few thais as well so 70% is probably the max for most places. No doubt the developers make enought on the 49% sold to farangs so can leave the rest empty.

Would be fairly useless in Pattaya, most people live in condos or have no garage for charging.

I was in the dentist the other day and a customer came in for treatment shirtless. Unbelievable rudeness and i was gobsmacked that they treated him like that.
