A few people in my condo have done this , building into the actual roof space, to nearly double their condos. This is certainly illegal but they claim it was "approved" by the developer as part of the sales deal. Of course they would have agreed to anything to get the sale.

Easy to get good deals, just avoid Facebook. Just rented an apartment for my tgf, 5000 a month in a great condo development. Has the best pool in Pattaya, amazing. Just went in and chose what we wanted from the condo office. By the time the owner has paid the commission and common fee hardly worth it though for him. So much better than some of the <deleted> places the girls get for 3-4000 around Soi Buakhao.

Can't believe Covid has anything to do with it. If people can a afford a car, instead of the bus, they will buy one. Obviously there is still plenty of money around. For the average thai a car is a big investment, 2-3 years salary.

Personally i would never use any shared drive, not even the Cloud. It is just asking for trouble. Storage is so cheap now, terabites for a few thousand baht, why take the risk.

How is it possible for the insurance company to ignore the Court's judgement. Surely the Court/Police would take action against the company and fine them or even imprison the directors. If the Company wants to sue the Benz driver isn't that another issue.
