Don't the new rules say no alcohol between 2-5 pm? So that would rule out any late lunches or early dinners. Do the rules mean no ordering drinks between 2-5 or no drinking between 2-5. So if you ordered a bottle of wine at 1.50 pm can you still drink it for an hour?

Surely if you price it low enough it will sell, Say if it's worth 2 million but you advertise it for 1 million. In my condo the policy is to cut the water after 6 months. After 1 to 2 years we would take it to Court to get authority to sell the condo and take any outstanding fees from the sale proceeds. I don't think it would be a criminal offence to walk away.

Car Loan - What options do I have?
Henryford replied to Katsura's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Just my recent experience at dealerships. Found it impossible to get finance as a farang, especially with no working thai as a guarantor, even though my foreign income is more than enough. I didn't try banks but i suspect they are the same. In the past i have gotten loans from my UK bank and just transferred the money here. I can borrow in the UK for 3.0 % APR, here it would be 6-10%. -
Great looking bikes i would have the Bonneville Speedmaster but oh so expensive here in Thailand 605,000 baht. When i win the lottery.

What a farce. At the Pattaya Firework Festival last night there were thousands of people sat within a few feet of each other eating and drinking, in effect an open air bar. No problem. Sorry the only problem was the massive queue at 7/11 to get drinks. -

Car Bought On Credit Seems So Expensive Now - Options?
Henryford replied to UKJASE's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
If it's on finance the lender will keep the blue book, so hard to sell. I guess the same applies to the OP, if they walk away from the loan they have no blue book. -

If the truck was 400k and she paid 100k upfront then the payments 588k equate to 13.7% flat per year or over 27% APR, can't be from a bank surely, a loan shark? If she stops paying will they break her legs? -
Has anyone imported a mobile phone from China using Aliexpress. What sort of tax/duties would you pay, using post rather than DHL. Looking at an Oppo around 15,000 baht.

New honda for cash, any discount off retail price?
Henryford replied to dannyb123's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Honda are the worst for discounts. You would think with the pand... they would be eager for more sales. They didn't offer me a single satang off. I got more when i bought the tgf a Honda motorbike. -
Very wise, otherwise your stay will be a short one. For anyone that drinks it is much better to live on the central baht bus route.
