Me too, i use cash for everything. Would never use a card in Thailand. BTW can they withdraw 34.15 from an ATM, thought the minimum for 100 baht. -
We were doing some shopping in Central Festival Pattaya a few weeks back. As it happens they were doing vaccinations on the 6th Floor. My tgf just walked up with no appointment and got her first jab, Sinovac.

That's the problem with the 65k a month method. You only need one month not to show as an international transfer and there goes your extension visa.

So the Covid impact in Thailand @ 10,000 cases a day and 113 deaths is way below that of the UK 40,000 cases a day and 143 deaths, yet the UK has double the vaccination rate of Thailand. What does that tell you? -

Its the same in China, haven't they got 50 million empty apartments just bought for investments. Even when Thailand opens up i can't see some of these massive condos they are building being filled up with residents. Look at Copacabana in Jomtien 1600 units selling at 140,000 baht a sqm. How many farangs will be buying those? -

I agree, if it is a condition of employment in your contract when you are employed, fair enough you have the option to accept or not. But to add it retrospectively after you have maybe left a previous job is a no no in my book. -

Exactly, they are not going to park there and walk to Beach road or get a bus. It will only be used for T21 parking, and there is enough already.
