what a pity. it would have really built strong tourism infrastructure.
when they start using those submarines for transportation around a sunken Bangkok that will provide a big tourist attraction.

He's lucky he didn't find his way to a balcony.
Those tiles cost around 50 baht each. Looks like 4 of them damaged. So 200 baht materials and 300 baht labor. They probably got a few thousand out of him.

If you read the law pertaining to prostitution it does not say anywhere that prostitution is illegal. Soliciting/advertising it is illegal. Also being forced into or being underage is illegal.
So when they say they did not find any signs of prostitution they mean it literally.

On that depth perception test try raising up a bit so you can sort of look down on them. It makes it easier than looking straight on at them. Or have your wife signal you when to stop. I even have had testers that helped with it.

If you can obtain it is very handy and far less trouble than loss of passport by theft, misadventure (in the washr/dog etc) or accident containg visa let alone the cost, about the only time (aside from going abroad) I need a passport is dealing with the endless rigmarole at immigration.I suppose it creates employment and opportunities for grease.
I do not imagine this will ever change but I cannot recall any of the emany places Ive lived in Asia Eurpe Australia or America that ever needed a passport after entry
Hotels, that actually report foreigners, will require to see it. Also when dealing with the banks here they will require to see your passport. They won't accept copies or a Thai drivers license.

I see a few times a second ID would come in useful. Like at the Erawan museum if you want to use the earphones with the recorded guide you have to leave them an ID for deposit. They wanted a passport but I gave them my Thai drivers license instead.

Companies in the programme include CPALL Pcl <CPALL.BK>, which operates more than 10,000 7-Eleven convenience stores in Thailand, and the country's largest retailer, Central Group.
They will be switching to bags made from woven straws.

Probably because of inexperience, ignorance and stupidity. You are telling me I could have a one year visa ... err permission to stay, without showing the 800k? I am not married.
Edit: I remember I had to meet up in person at the embassy to apply for a retirement visa, and that was a no-go, because of distance and time. Only option available through snail mail was the tourist visa.
You would not need the money in a Thai bank account for it. But there are additional hurdles too. Like you have to get notarized health statement, notarized police clearance, and notarized bank statement.

thai's don't give stuff like knifes and scissors as gifts. Even if you are giving an old set away they want to make a token payment for it.

About time for thailand to put a 100 BHAT refundable tax on any bottle, glass or pet and of any size. The money would be refunded only when the bottle is returned to the collect point that would be any 7/11 store. With such irresponsability from both local and farangs, this would be the only genuine dissuasive method.
But 7/11 would pay you back with straws....

Don't know what to say. Glad I never had this kind of problem. My wife stays far away from those in her family she doesn't like or trust.
As far as getting the bike taken away you will probably just be creating an even bigger enemy out of him and have more problems to deal with from him. I suppose you could try and find out who the creditor is on the bike and tell them where it is.
Best solution as others have mentioned is to move away from there and don't let the family know where you live. Just visit them if needed.

If you read up on it one of the problems with 5G is it uses higher frequency waves in addition to the ones used now. These higher frequency waves do not penetrate structures very well. And the worst is cement and brick structures which is what is mostly used in Thailand. There will have to be many more antennas installed.

See if they accept this...

TM30 is the contentious issue of foreigners having to report their whereabouts within 24 hours of arriving at a destination not mentioned on their visa documents.
See they can't even understand what they created. TM30 is not for foreigners having to report their whereabouts. It is for property owners to report foreigners staying at their property.

They could put that platform they confiscated from the American trying to set up an offshore city to use and create a floating capital.
-
Seems like they are throwing a potential big money maker away by scrapping the TM6. Obviously they never did this. But it would be relatively simple to look at hotels people were putting down on the TM6 and then checking 2 days later to see if the hotel ever reported them on TM30.

I think they are actually lowering them. I see 60 posted on 35 and 338. One spot on 35, close to Samut songkram, there is a 90 sign and about 20 meters past it a 60 sign. Also what I have noticed is them putting up signs warning of cameras where there are none and having cameras with no warning signs close to them. To me it appears they are intentionally setting people up to maximize fine collection. For example conditioning you to ignore the camera signs because you get used to speeding by where they are posted with nothing ever happening to you.

and those in power who deny this is real, and say it is perfectly 'natural' should het their f'in heads out of the sand, like now , and come up with solutions.
FWIW carbon capture won't work all the time we're digging the pure stuff up from the ground and burning it. easier just to leave it there and get solutions for overall energy demand NOW.
ps population trend doesn't help.
I have thoughts, but no post able answers......

Again, another stupid purchase by the Thai military gov't. Yes it still is a military gov't in all practical implications.
They will be used quite often. They came with USB charging outlets.

Don't exchange money at a bank. They always give you a low rate. And specially never accept the exchange rate they offer you at an ATM.

That would be a salary of way over 111.111 bath.
Something is wrong in the numbers.
Yes, perhaps 10 million. Just an editor error.
