  1. You will not have to do a driving or written exam. You will have to do some vision/reflex tests and may have to watch a video.
  2. Even if they did then how would you know it was really their photo?
  3. Learn to eat bugs. You'll never starve here. Another option is to get a freeze drier. Rather expensive but the food can last up to 25 years.
  4. My compressor units are mounted on the walkway around the house, not on the wall. Helps keep the noise down from them.
  5. This might be cheaper: https://www.srnesolar.com/product/all-in-one-energy-storage-system-ess-sr-eov05c-220 But anyway I don't think either of them would be PEA approved.
  6. Drove up to Chiangmai Friday. In Lampang I saw several fires buring still.
  7. Yeah, not a good look. In private with someone you are very close with is ok. Or parents to their kids. Out in public like that though...
  8. The probable next PM can barely walk let alone sing and dance. But he's a better time keeper.
  9. The third picture in the linked article shows a rather large wound on her leg, though it is very blurry.
  10. Why would you encourage people to try and break it? ????????
  11. If you exit Thailand without a reentry permit you permission to stay is cancelled as soon as you leave, not the date on it.
  12. I've been driving across it for a few years now. It's kind of weird driving past this large highway with no traffic on it. They have jumped all over the place building it. I hope they all line up in the end.
  13. Make it a 2 week vacation. Leave early, come back late. Several years ago I went to Mukdahan during Songkran. I live in Ratchaburi. I went a few days early and had no problem. I thought I was leaving late enough after Songkran. I was wrong. It took 13 hours to drive from Mukdahan to Saraburi. Then finally it cleared up enough and only took 3 hours from Saraburi to Ratchaburi, it was after midnight then.
  14. Burning is a way of life here. Even those complaining are still probably burning refuse in their yards.
  15. They are just smart enough not to travel on that day.
  16. Isn't the cost for an extension the same no matter the length of it? So why not just pay for the year anyway?
  17. No. Driving in reverse the wrong direction adds points back on. Sort of like spinning a speedometer back. ????
  18. That's what they say before the election. After the election they hope everyone forgets about it and if pressed on it just say 'the law doesn't actually allow us to do that'
  19. I did my extension in January, at Ratchaburi, there was no requirement to report back again. 3 years ago they did tell me to come back with another bank statement at my next 90 day report. But the last 2 years nothing said. It seems each office makes their own rules on how they will handle the requirement. It should be fairly easy for them to check you met the requirements when you go for your next yearly extension. But best to do what they want I guess to make things go smoothly.
  20. Well the video only shows what he did after he thought he was locked in the store. I wonder what he was doing beforehand to cause the employees to run out.
