    Go to the manufacturers website or facebook page and send them a message about the new model year and when you can order it. Lots of years the changes are mainly cosmetic. Some years there will be major upgrades.

    I think that fee is because they sell a lot of frozen items and send them in a foam chest packed with dry ice. See the note I added to my post. So, yes, in this case best to buy from them through Lazada.

    It's not that difficult. You can go 30 days before it expires. Your new date will still be from the expiration date. Then if they tell you are missing something you have plenty of time to return.

    I've seen several solar farms in Thailand. I know of 3 in Ratchaburi. I've also seen them in reservoirs here. I guess to catch the reflected light off of the water too?

    As already mentioned make sure your data is already backed up if you can't afford to lose it. Maybe consider some cloud storage solutions instead.

    You can find several methods online to try and remove the crayon markings first. Primer and paint will make the wall colors match where the work was done but you will always see the lines where it was done. Unless you resurfaced the whole wall. In my living room I had a doorway and the light switch covered up and you can still see where it was. But it doesn't look that bad.

    I take it to mean that if you use over 500 units you will not get any discount at all. And this discount is going to be very small as it only applies to the increase of the ft rate. Your bill will still go up but not as much.

    There were some people wearing masks before Covid but it wasn't to prevent them from becoming sick. Some people would wear masks when they were sick to help prevent spreading it to others. And then you had others wearing masks, such as police, because they thought thought they helped protect them from the heavy pollution.
