Just to be clear your 90 report date has nothing to do with overstaying. For overstaying only your permission to stay date matters.

Motorbike sidecar catches fire while turning into gas station
rwill replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
It was actually the motorbike that caught fire not the sidecar. Good thing it happened before he started fueling up. -
URGENT - VAT SCAM at large - advice please . . . .
rwill replied to TorquayFan's topic in General Topics
Think about this logically. If she did not give them the info then they already had it. If they already had it they didn't even need to call to take the money. -

Vacuum sealing the rice may work too.

When you buy it there may not be any bugs in it that you can see. Most of the time they have eggs in there that you don't see and they hatch later at home.

Fast fix. Get something flat like a thick piece of plastic to cover the drains when not in use. Can put something heavier, like a bottle of water, on top to help hold it down. Better fix. Change the floor drains to ones that have a flap on the bottom that close when no water is draining. Keeps odors and critters out. There are 2 types. Those that use a spring to keep it closed and those that have a weight flap. I like the spring ones better, they seal tighter. Just saw a third type on Lazada that uses magnets. No experience with those. Global house sells some or on Lazada.

What to use to protect Tomatoes and other veggies

Build one of those bug net enclosures. Like they use for melon farms. They are like a greenhouse but with insect screen instead of solid plastic sheets. -

In another 15 years. Yep nearly up. Anyway as bad as Russia had wanted to get him back they should have at least got both of the Americans released. -

rwill replied to LBrew's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Most insurance here covers the vehicle not the driver. -

Thai time: I'm just about there. Two hours later they arrive. -
Only if you have an USA address. I don't maintain a US address or phone number which makes banking from there very difficult. The Schwab One account you can use whatever address and phone number you are using. You have to show some proof of the address such as a utility bill. I was able to use my Thai Drivers license to verify my address. The document used can be in Thai too, they have it translated. I imagine the same would be true with other languages.

You could get a Schwab One International account. You need $25,000 to open an account there. It is a brokerage account not really a bank account but you can get checks and a debit card for it. Their debit card has no fees, no foreign transaction fees, and even immediately refunds most foreign bank fees. Like the fee Thai banks charge for foreign ATM cash withdrawals. Just don't accept the exchange rate the ATM tries to get you to accept. That is the biggest fee of all. So basically with their debit card you can get completely free cash withdrawals in Thailand. You can also link external accounts with them and easily move money between them. Also international wires have only a $15 fee. But when I wire money to my Thai bank they immediately rebate that fee too. So the wire is free for me. It sounds like the money you are making while staying in Thailand is from outside of Thailand. So why get Thailand involved in it anyway?
