Mission Hospital offers a cardio ankle vascular index test whereas St Louis offers an exercise stress test, both at same price packages. I wonder which is better? These packages always seem to have some weird marketing trade-offs.

The Saint Louis packages look decent. But the only difference between the 30+ and 40+ year old male packages is an exercise stress test and a stool exam, but it costs 3k more just for those two things.

How much is the discount? Is it every year?

I wonder if regular occult blood stool exams would suffice?

What's wrong with teaching English? Even in Thailand you need a temporary permit to teach from the Ministry of Education until you get your full teacher's license from them. I haven't met many teacher's working illegally in the school system here.

I always laugh when I see a good-looking, in-shape Western guy on holiday in Thailand with his Western girlfriend and she is a plain, ugly, fat, frumpy, and grumpy. It's so messed up. I don't get the logic in your post. Who cares if one group of women find us more attractive than another group? And, I think I speak for all of us when I say, we find Thai women more attractive than Western women, so that neutralizes the equation cancelling out your point.

I will always choose the West - until the day the West has a war with Thailand - so it's an easy answer, even though I don't think much of Zelenskie, Ukraine is still an ally. Nothing personal against Russia or Putin though, they just aren't on our side. Same reason I don't support Hamas/Palestine: they are not part of the West; they are our adversary. Simply choice, really. That said, I'd obviously rather there were no wars, but that's not the world we live in.
