  1. PCR test positive cases, total of 24,996 official new infections. 84 official covid deaths recorded. Rapid tests positive cases, 25,859 bringing the total of PCR and ATK results to 50,855 https://ddc.moph.go.th/covid19-dashboard/ OWD rolling 7 day average, cases and deaths up to 18th March https://ourworldindata.org/coronavirus/country/thailand
  2. The comedians on Russian state TV doing their nightly shows.... Russian state TV: Igor Korotchenko, Russian Defense Ministry's Public Council member, says that the Pentagon is not applauding "successes" by Russia's Armed Forces in Ukraine "because of professional jealousy."
  3. Plenty of war crimes being evidenced. "We've never seen a situation where there's so much evidence of war crimes and so much engagement with the accountability community in that evidence. You just have to look at our civilian harm map to get a sense of that." Hospitals Bombed and Apartments Destroyed: Mapping Incidents of Civilian Harm in Ukraine With more videos and images coming to light each day, Bellingcat and members of its Global Authentication Project have begun to log and map these incidents on an interactive TimeMap. https://www.bellingcat.com/news/2022/03/17/hospitals-bombed-and-apartments-destroyed-mapping-incidents-of-civilian-harm-in-ukraine/ Ukraine: Deadly Attacks Kill, Injure Civilians, Destroy Homes Explosive Weapons Leave People Dead, Wounded, Homeless; Damage Vital Infrastructure More than 450 civilians were reportedly killed or injured in the first 11 days of the war, in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, as a result of Russian airstrikes and artillery shelling of populated areas, Human Rights Watch said today. The attacks damaged civilian buildings, including apartment blocks, schools, places of worship, and shops, impeding access to food and medicines. They also damaged infrastructure in the city causing civilians to lose vital services such as electricity, heat, and water. Human Rights Watch identified Russian use of cluster munitions and explosive weapons with wide-area effect in heavily populated areas in Kharkiv, in apparent indiscriminate and disproportionate attacks. Indiscriminate shelling in heavily populated areas violates international humanitarian law and may constitute a war crime. https://www.hrw.org/news/2022/03/18/ukraine-deadly-attacks-kill-injure-civilians-destroy-homes
  4. Very notable that the huge rally in Russia that occurred supporting Putin's invasion of Ukraine was absent of any mention of lives lost be that Ukraine civilians or the mounting huge numbers of Russian forces including 4 generals. Part of today's update from UK Ministry of Defense: Putin has reinforced his control over Russian domestic media. The Kremlin is attempting to control the narrative, detract from operational problems and obscure high Russian casualty numbers from the Russian people. The last time Russia gave an official update its soldiers killed in Ukraine was the 2nd March when they admitted to just 498, that's over 2 weeks ago. Here is the latest estimates from the Ukraine armed forces on the losses to the Russian side, could it be an over estimate, sure but even if it were halved its a huge number: Russia still has not taken away the bodies of killed Russian soldiers from Ukraine. Ukraine once again requested the International Committee of the Red Cross "to show respect for its fallen soldiers and to begin negotiations to take them away from Ukraine" Camps for prisoners of war have started operating in Ukraine. Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova says that all norms of international humanitarian law on prisoners of war are observed
  5. Do you think all the videos of flattened towns and cities had no civilians in them or the photos and videos of the civilians lying dead in the streets are dummies?
  6. I was referring to Putin which is what this topic is about and what is going on right now in the Ukraine
  7. its Russia's war of choice and the international community have made it clear they need to stop. Ukraine's defense of its country and citizens will carry on until Russia withdraws, is beaten or peace negotiations are achieved.
  8. Not getting vaccinated is like walking into speeding Bangkok traffic: Dr Yong People should study the benefits and side effects of available brands in order to make the best decision, he said. But deciding not to get vaccinated was like inviting an accident by stepping off the pavement into the busy traffic on Silom Road, he added. https://www.nationthailand.com/life/40013563
  9. Then of course you have Russia's very own Wagner group with its own Nazi infiltrators. "More than 400 Russian mercenaries are operating in Kyiv with orders from the Kremlin to assassinate President Zelensky and his government and prepare the ground for Moscow to take control, The Times has learnt. The Wagner Group, a private militia run by one of President Putin’s closest allies and operating as an arm-length branch of the state, flew in mercenaries from Africa five weeks ago on a mission to decapitate Zelensky’s government in return for a handsome financial bonus." Putin's private army is led by Dmitry Utkin, who uses the cover name "Wagner". He was inspired by the German composer Richard Wagner, whose oeuvre was also admired by Adolf Hitler. The Russian investigative news server Fontanka calls Utkin an adherent of the Nazis. On social media, photographs of Utkin are frequently shared showing his neck tattoo reading "SS" and an Imperial eagle on his chest.
  10. Yes Amnesty International. Here's a more up to date statement on what they think of Russia's attack: Russian military commits indiscriminate attacks during the invasion of Ukraine Amnesty International’s verification of the use of indiscriminate attacks by the Russian forces in their military operations in Ukraine, provides irrefutable evidence of violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law. “The Russian military has shown a blatant disregard for civilian lives by using ballistic missiles and other explosive weapons with wide area effects in densely populated areas. Some of these attacks may be war crimes. The Russian government, which falsely claims to use only precision-guided weapons, should take responsibility for these acts,” said Agnès Callamard, Amnesty International’s Secretary General. If the Security Council is paralyzed through veto, it is up to the entire membership to step up Agnès Callamard, Amnesty International’s Secretary General https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2022/02/russian-military-commits-indiscriminate-attacks-during-the-invasion-of-ukraine/
  11. PCR test positive cases, total of 25,804 official new infections. 87 official covid deaths recorded. Rapid tests positive cases, 16,658 bringing the total of PCR and ATK results to 42,462 https://ddc.moph.go.th/covid19-dashboard/ OWD rolling 7 day average, cases and deaths up to 17th March https://ourworldindata.org/coronavirus/country/thailand
  12. You really are scrapping the barrel and spewing misinformation with no back up to your claims. Where is the link that those sheltering in the Mariupol theater were hostages?
  13. You do love your conspiracy theory rubbish. Mariupol is not under Russian Control. its still in the hands of Ukraine although as we know they are bombing it indiscriminately killing civilians.
  14. CNN not credible enough for you ???? sorry but I cannot find anything on R.T. Link to Time statement but you need to pay....lol https://time.com/6157144/brent-renaud/ Link to W.P. Edward Felsenthal, Time magazine’s editor in chief and CEO, said Sunday that Renaud was working on a Time Studios project focused on the global refugee crisis. “Our hearts are with all of Brent’s loved ones. It is essential that journalists are able to safely cover this ongoing invasion and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine,” Felsenthal said in a statement Sunday. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/03/13/brent-renaud-killed-ukraine/
  15. I've already responded to this what point are you trying to make? "Time Magazine" confirmed he was working for them covering the refugee crisis, finished. The award winning film maker is dead. Another journalist murdered thanks to the Russian attack
  16. Not sure what that has to do with the legal status of a journalist? Just because he knows there are risks they are still afforded the rights of a civilian. There are also millions of civilians in Ukraine who are there willingly and know the risks.
  17. Sure but as opposed to a soldier where then it would not be a war crime.
  18. Rolling 7 day average is showing about 52k per day https://djay.github.io/covidthailand/#testing
  19. The war crimes tribunal has a very good record in bringing people to justice, lets hope Putin is added to it.
  20. This victim being a journalist has the same rights as civilians and his murder is considered a war crime.
  21. Yes its a shame as they provided some excellent reporting and factual evidence that countered the Russian propoganda: "With the SMM’s indefinite departure, Ukrainian diplomats and Western leaders lose an important resource to counter the false narratives that the Kremlin uses to justify Russia’s aggressive campaign against Ukraine and mischaracterize the activities of its forces." https://www.csis.org/analysis/consequences-temporary-evacuation-osce-ukraine However no problem a far more reaching investigation is now ongoing directly from The International War Crimes Tribunal who are in Ukraine now: ICC prosecutor: Team leaves to investigate war crimes in Ukraine
  22. The Kemlin would be proud of stating your possibilities. I hear they are very good at spewing out a few of their own.
  23. I just posted a link to the same video in my previous post to you and additionally a week ago on this thread. Again I ask you of your claim. "his death seems to be by a friendly shot" Where in that video backs up such a claim? You are spreading fake and false propaganda
  24. Its only conflicting if you try to make it so. Whats very clear is that when he was shot and killed he was wearing his out dated NYT press card but "Time Magazine" confirmed he was in fact working for them on assignment covering the refugee crisis. While at a checkpoint they were fired on along with his colleague who was filmed and interviewed at the hospital. Certainly no mention of friendly fire even in the video of his US colleague who was also shot and in hospital here. Link to that claim? Regards Google being my friend, you obviously missed I posted this same video a week ago.. Any conflicting stories to tell on these other ones killed? 3 journalists, including Fox News cameraperson, killed in Ukraine
