Trump Attempts to Delay Sentencing in Hush Money Case
RocketDog replied to Social Media's topic in World News
No fun responses so far. They all make sense. -
16 year old Thai girl dies of ketamine overdose during sex
RocketDog replied to snoop1130's topic in Central Thailand News
"I imagine that's also what it takes to make a girl receptive to sex with an old geezer. " We all know what it takes, many of us from personal experience: about 2000thb. -
Yep. That's what the article says. "The NBTC commissioner points to Thailand's strategic southern region as an ideal spot for a rocket launch pad, thanks to its proximity to the equator. This geographical advantage would allow rockets to benefit from the Earth's rotation, enabling heavier payloads, such as satellites, to be launched using less fuel. "

Good eye. I didn't catch it but knew it had to false in some way coming from the GOP.

I agree. I find your posts generally thoughtful so was surprised; I should have known better. I've noticed that Thai people don't recognize sarcasm easily either. I've been curious about that. My strong point, maybe the only one I have, is sarcasm in most of my posts/replies. But it's generally so saccharin sweet that it's obvious. If not, I'm sure I sound like a brainless moron to some readers. (Setup for nasty reparte). But back to the space aliens. I think that if.......

Utter nonsense. Most people recognize evil when they see it, regardless of where they live. Unless you're referring to space aliens. In that case I agree with you. So, here's a question for you. Do you consider Un and Putin to be good, evil, or you simply cannot tell the difference? If you can't answer then ask your mother. I bet she will know.

Ahhh. I see. And make no mistake. I appreciate your time and humor in your efforts to support our Constitution. Unfortunately I have a real life and real things to do today, but definitely keep up the good work. I assume Trump was only your second choice; quite understandable. I'm sorry your candidate didn't make the running as I'm sure he/she is a sterling individual who could have saved the country. There is little doubt that your missives have a massive effect on your readership.

Where is here? FYI I do live somewhere. Your last line sounds a pretty broad statement and smells a bit like earnest self-talk. (Side question: do you talk to yourself in the mirror every morning? Asking for a friend.) I would appreciate some supporting data on that last 'fact', but will take it anyway as your best effort. I suggest you take a poll of what 'Nobody' thinks about the election and get back to us here. Beware that your comrade considers polls 'garbage '.

I'm curious. Would you say the same thing if your candidate was ahead in the polls? Truth is non-denominational and non-political. I do admire you for picking up the guttering torch though when many of your comrades here have decided that silence is the better part of the wisdom. (Admittedly, it doesn't take much to entertain me.)

No. It is smaller than the cheaper one. 24 vs 26cm

The thickness seems considerably more on the higher priced one. More material, more cost.

BREAKING: Trump indicted again in election interference case
RocketDog replied to FriscoKid's topic in Political Soapbox
Exactly right. The only way to respond to his constant stream of lies is to continue to refute them. -
Trump still rambles on about Biden. Biden isn't running for office.

Danish Expat Risks Prison in Thailand Over Lost Car Incident
RocketDog replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Tip: Use your phone GPS to mark the location of your car. Quick, simple, foolproof. I did it once on my first rental motorcycle trip into huahin. I returned to within 6 feet of my bike before recognizing it. Much relief. -
Agreed. Two months ago I returned to the usa for two months to close out my affairs there and prep my house for sale. I've been here nearly 6 years since getting a retirement visa. In that time I've been with a wonderful Thai woman, bought a house, gotten a dog, and abandoned any pirsuits or ambitions other that enjoying my life. The USA is chaos unbridled, a nation so polarized and a society so different than the wonderful life I led since being born in 1949 that it is unappealing and unrecognizable. I retired and left two weeks after a lunatic was elected president in 2016, just by coincidence. It's ironic that I'm doubling down on the eve of another tumultuous election involving the same madman. Regardless of the outcome, life there is going to be tense and tortuous for months or years to come. After only 3 weeks there I knew I had to escape for good and never return. I have no plans to ever see friends or family again. The tradeoffs I've made to live here are well worth the cost I paid; I have no regrets.

Very big of you.
