Ok, totally wrong to have sex with a 13 year old, but consider this, as interpreted from the story: It appears to me, that this french guy was at a bar when introduced to this young girl, possibly by her mum. The girl was confined in a house, for the purpose of prostitution, which had nothing to do with the french guy (or it would have been mentioned that this french dude confined her). During the course of her being confined, she would have been made to have sex with others, perhaps many people. The police find a lead to this french guy and track him down. He may not have been "evading" arrest, possibly not even knowing that he was wanted for this crime. And the cops are now searching for the others she had sex with. Not enough mentioned about WHO confined her, nor WHO forced her into prostitution!

I suspect the problem lies with the sim card you are using, data rates have gone up considerably, and unlimited plans have mostly vanished. Suggest you look into the GOMO sim, by AIS, but not available to foreigners, and only online, I believe. I use it for data, 99 baht is valid for a year, and gives a substantial amount of data, I recharge mine every 3 months or so. I am also considering buying one (through the GF) for my regular use, as there are free calls included!

The girlfriend fell down on a dirty road about 10 days ago, was treated at the so-called "best" hospital in Pattaya. Today, she was complaining about pain when opening her mouth, and throat. My layman's knowledge of a wound being infected with Tetanus results in this, as a first symptom. So, rushed her to the same hospital. Doctor dismissed the Tetanus possibility outright, by making 2 statements, first, it was too early for symptoms (10 days!) and second, the throat pain is not the first symptom of Tetanus. Gave her some pain medicine and sent us home. Now, I am PRAYING I, and the rest of the world, are not correct, but this one doctor, at this so-called "best" hospital is somehow, correct, against all information available on the internet. God help any of us who may fall ill here in LOS!!!!

Yes, this delay from Wise has happened recently, but only to certain Thai banks! I coincidentally found that out yesterday, when transferring the exact same amount, at the exact same time, to 2 Thai banks, from Wise. My Kasikorn account received it in seconds, my Bangkok Bank account, next day, after 2 PM!

What happened to the casino? They are still "discussing" it, for long periods of time, just the same as they do with everything else. But the casino WILL come, NO doubt about it, because Thai (especially govt) LOVES money, and the casino will bring in tons of it!!!
