  1. Covered in this thread. Have a read. https://aseannow.com/topic/1365279-bkk-bank-4-months-banked-method/
  2. In other words the husband obtained extension using money in bank method after using an agent. Don't know how. The wife obtained her extension by paying 15k . So both have 12 month extension. What is your thread asking. Rhetorical question.
  3. This info would have been good to include in OP. So one friend previously used an agent. Frankly surprised he was able to DIY using money in bank method. Most need start over with new Non O. Also you did not mention immigration office. Second hand story with not much clarity.
  4. No I haven't. Suggest go to immigration office with whatever time is required to fill in the forms provided by immigration. The OP is dealing with CW which has option of appointments. Is it that important to do few forms prior to attending immigration. In any event I posted links to forms earlier. Download and print if it's such an issue Link for appointment: https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/
  5. Not suggesting people go unprepared. For example it obviously makes sense to fill in forms such as TM7 in advance. In fact at CW the ticket issue desk requires you to show filled out form such as TM7, TM8 etc etc depending on why you're there. The forms this thread is concerned with are the ones concerning acknowledgement of penalties etc I just sign my name and print name at top of form as required. Mountain out of a mole hill comes to mind. I have even done them while io does her bit of tick tick. Takes couple of minutes.
  6. Don't know why you were told that. Assume that advice was from Bangkok Bank? They are not immigration. Why can't you have monthly transfers of 65k+ into an account that maintains 800k+ balance
  7. The link to thread I posted earlier has OP providing links to each form. Thinking when printed out clarity won't be an issue. In any event suggest folk just accept these forms at immigration and sign + fill in name first field. At CW the doc check girls hand them to you. Don't really see the need
  8. Links here. https://aseannow.com/topic/1366316-update-links-for-retirement-extension-forms-at-cw-tm7-stm2-stm9-stm11-criteria/
  9. Agents are saying not possible hence my question. I'm not sure of what pages of the passport are submitted. The other thing I find confusing re agent advice is they state you need to remain in country of application until approval. The approved eVisa is sent via email so why the need to remain till it's approved.
  10. Simple question: Can you apply for a DTV from country outside of Thailand while having a valid permission of stay + reentry permit. Common example would be change from extension retirement to DTV. Seems this was possible some time ago and posts confirm that however seems that is no longer an option. Tia.
  11. Thinking this is best option. Seems she didn't change employment correctly so is in overstay. She wouldn't be detained at airport and most likely the 90 reporting doesn't come into play. Being fined is set at 500/day up to maximum 20k baht + ban
  12. That all makes sense, however why not immigration charge 5700baht for annual extension that includes multi entry (1900+3800) Lot more simple and the end result would be net gain in revenue. Everyone on annual extensions would have reentry option weather they need it or not. Clearly they are not money driven. Rather they make the reentry permit an optional purchase. Very nice of them.
  13. News to me. In any event WISE has nothing to do with it. Immigration will want to see bank records of 12 month transfers. Find this thread misleading. If using income method obtain 12 month bank statement from your Thai bank. If still confusion re proof of international transfers than obtain "credit advice" WISE has nothing to do with price of fish
  14. And that's exactly what is required. Anything from WISE would mean nothing. OP, has contributed zero
  15. Don't know why you entered Cambodia Visa number. Irrelevant to TDAC. Same as address in Cambodia. You may as well have put UK address. The Visa number field can be left. In the days of TM6 folk with eg a reentry permit (for Thailand) should put that. It alerts the io that you are entering with a permit or Visa.
  16. Renew your UK passport while in UK ASAP. Why make easy difficult. And shout out to anyone with less than a year validity on pp renew it Now. Thats a process. Unlike some other countries where pp renewal is a breeze UK is a stand out in having nightmare stories. It's done via VFS in Bangkok and CM. Guessing Phuket also. Threads on Aseannow explain the process. You can also use an agent if renewing in Thailand https://aseannow.com/topic/1353860-agent-for-renewing-uk-passport-in-bangkok/
  17. Again as per same question above.. What was the one year of WISE transactions used for? Surely not for immigration to confirm international transactions. OP asked the question and didn't state the reasoning behind it
  18. And do what with it. Is the OP planning on using this online statement as proof funds came from abroad. Surely not.
  19. Neither. Do nothing. First extension starts your 90 day clock. Here is link to general requirements. Immigration offices do vary. https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=843557&key=2caaa6b16bae18dd24e0a61253734932
  20. That's common, so if it fits in with travel plans/dates you're home free. Don't forget the reentry permit after you apply for the extension. Single reentry. It's expiry will be same as your "return to immigration" date
  21. Seem quite smug to me. Entering Visa exempt via air has a risk of questioning and even refused entry by immigration. This is all to do with history spent in Thailand and in particular time spent out between exit and reentry.
  22. OP, you can obtain a Schengen Visa however thinking you have not outlined any of details of the "Thai friends" history. Has she been to Europe previously. Is she a gf that you want to take on a holiday. First time I ever took my Thai partner to Australia the application for a single entry tourist visa was FAR from straight forward. Such things as length of relationship, compelling reason for her to return to Thailand etc etc. Some posts in this thread seem frivolous and you will find application process anything but that.
  23. Ask them about 60 day extension to existing permission of stay. Would buy time and you can apply for 12 month extension after return. You would need single reentry permit 1000b + 60 day extension 1900b
